Those are like normal saunas but they don 't have like that thing where the smoke can go out and then it's smoke inside and you get used to that and then your body is like black 'cause of smoke.

And then I would suppose you shower to remove that. XD;;;

Or then you can go to swim if there's a lake near (smoke saunas are usually next to lake)

Or if it's winnter you can go to roll naked in snow or swim in water with ice. It's cool!
