PLOT​

Greetings and welcome to the world of Pokemon. It is a vast and diverse land, full of many different creatures as well as people known as pokemon trainers who control them in battle.​

You are one of these pokemon trainers. With your new starting partner at your side and your fellow pokemon trainer companions, each having their own unique pokemon, you must travel through the land that is Kanto, collecting gym badges from the various cities as you strive for one goal and that's to be the pokemon master.

You are a resident of Pallet Town and have decided to finally begin your pokemon journey. The local pokemon expert who provdes you with your first pokemon, set out to begin your journey through Kanto.

Your job will be to catch wild pokemon, as you train them to become powerful battlers. You can decide which moves they learn through TMs and HMs as well as if they will evolve or not.

Beware though as two evil teams reside in Kanto. Team Sun has a dream of Getting all the psychic pokemon, and Team Moon will stop at nothing to capture all the dark pokemon. Both of them hate the opposite team and will do anything to stop them. It may be up to you to stop them with your friends.

You can collect items and secret pokeballs to help your chances of catching wild pokemon. Your final goal is to collect all eight Kanto gym badges and face off against the elite four to prove that you are indeed the true pokemon champion.

There will be many challenges and many people who get in your way. Will you work with your fellow pokemon trainers, or against them? Only time will tell. The choices are all up to you as you build your team and try to become the best pokemon trainer of all time.(NOTE: if this looks familer its because I also run the Kanto adventure)

Rules

1) No Legendaries! Sorry. You may, however, get to control one for a limited amount of time during a special event...​

2) YOU MUST BE ACTIVE!!!! This is the most important rule for this RPG. If you are not active, don't even bother signing up. My goal is to have everyone log in and post AT LEAST once per day. It may seem extreme, but I feel that is the best way to keep the momentum and flow of the story going. If you are going to be away for a day or two, please let me know. I will control your character until you return.​

3) Kanto Pokemon Only! This is very important, seeing as we are roleplaying in the Kanto Region. This means that only Pokemon numbered 001-151 (Kanto Dex) will appear during your adventures through Kanto

4) Stay Together! This rule seems dumb, but it is very important. If the Pokemon Trainers don't stick together then the game gets very dull and unwieldy. Temporary straying is, of course, permitted but please do not overdo it. You guys are a team!

History: When Diego was 10, he was attacked by a group of mankeys, he had to fight he's way out of the group. suddenly a pokemon trainer came out of nowhere to help using his primape. Always wears a thin layer of foundation on her face to give her, or what she says 'colour'. A small freckle in the shape of a love heart on the right side of her face. Slim with large to medium sized bust. She is an attractive girl, yet not beautiful. Wears a ruby red spaghetti straped dress that cuts off at the bottom of her knees, a black fabric trenchcoat and bright red sandals. If the weather or landspace ask her to dress for protection, she swaps the dress and the sandals for a faded pair of jeans, a ruby red fitted top with a round neck, that shows off her bust and a pair of white sneakers, all to be worn under her black trenchcoat. A white beanie will also appear on her head.


Personality: Juliette is overall a kind and lovable girl, who is always there to help, friends or strangers. She is also awfully stubborn at times and has quite a temper when angered. She is a natural chatterbox and flirt. Shy when meeting new people, and sometimes this is mistaken for being rude or snobbish. Once she knows a person, even after a short amount of time, she becomes comfortable with them. Uses sarcasm quite alot and can become embarrassed easily. She is 'touchy-feely' with friends and has a positive outlook on life. She is very kind with Pokemon, but has a fear of Weezing, due to an incident when she was younger.

Talents: Flirts naturally, sometimes without her knowing. She is a talented singer and actor. Also, a good negotiator.

History: Juliette Dollandanger is the middle child, and only girl of 5, from local Pokemon School headmaster, Chris Dollandanger and former Pokemon Breeder, Helena Sawport. She grew up with a love of Pokemon due to her oldest brother, having his first Pokemon, an Abra when she was young. At the age of 5, Juliette was already in love with entertaining and one day, at a children's singing contest held in her hometown, Juliette strayed away from her mother and found herself near the town's Pokemon Fan Club where she came across a disstressed Weezing disobeying its trainer. Juliette then suddenly become covered by a purple gas, fainted and rushed to hospital in a critcial condition. She recovered but came away with a fear of Weezing. At the age of 10, Juliette wasn't able to receive a starter pokemon as her family at decided to take a cruise to the Sevii Islands, where she meet a hurt female Eevee. After rushing it to the nearest Pokemon Center, the Eevee followed Juliette everywhere before she decided to raise it herself and name it 'Dutchess'.

Jake has always been a curious boy, which sometimes got him into trouble. He also Has always very outgoing, Making friends with poeple and pokemon alike whenever possible.

The only problem with Jake is that he gets ticked off very easy. Sometimes he is jokingly called "psycho". This just makes him more angry. But despite this problem, he stiil manges to make friends, And when he is not angry he is actually pretty fun to be around.

Some people say "Jake has a quality about him that makes people feel good about themselves." Maybe this is because Jake is always trying to get people to laugh, being a class clown. If you are feeling down, Jake will surely cheer you up, if not with his jokes then with his kindness. He always asks what's wrong if he notices, and most of the time he will try to do something about it.

Apperance: Most of the time, Jake doesn't wear anything fancy. He mostly wears a t-shirt in the summer months, with shorts, that vary in colors. His clothes are normally a solid color though, withou anything extra.

In the fall and winter months, Jake usally wears Sweatshirts, colors vary. He also wears His coat, which is blue with white on it.

He has blue hair that is kinda short. He is the short and stocky type, weighing in at 120 pounds and only being 4'8. He doesnt have very tan skin, but he figures it's good enough. He has a mix of eye colors. One eye is dark blue, the other eye is orange. People sometimes make fun of him for this.

History:
When he was 9 years old, a team rocket grunt invaded his home. Both of his parents were killed in the robbery. He was soon adopted by foster parents, which is when he decided to start to raise pokemon. He wanted to protect the world from crime, so that nothing to anybody else like what did to his real parents.

Apperance: This guy reminds you of a monolith. He has narrow eyes the color of cold ashes. His thick, wavy, night-black hair is worn in a style that reminds you of a gush of water, and he is very tall and has an athletic build. His skin is nut-brown and he has a high forehead, usually covered in a red and blue bandana. He generally sticks to a simple white T-shirt and black jeans, sometimes adding a red hoodie if it's cold.

Personality: When you first meet him, you'd think of White as an obnoxious jerk. This is mostly true, though once you start to get to know him, you'll see that he does have a somewhat nicer side, though it's usually veiled in sarcasm and wisecracks. He's also much kinder to pokemon than he is to humans.​

History: White moved to Pallet town only a few months ago from Veridian City with his grandparents. His mother died giving birth, and his father, being a police officer in the city, thought it would be good for him to get out and see more of the world, though White still thinks that pokemon trainint wasn't what his father had in mind.

History: He was born in SnowPoint City in Sinnoh, but he rarely talks about his past. His family moved to Pallet Town when he was twelve, because his father died due to freezing conditions in a blizzard. He has 2 sisters, a mom, and a grandma with him who he loves very much and he was very sad when he had to leave them. His family moved because they couldn't bear living in the place where their father died...

Appearence: Travis towers above anyone he knows, at the height of 6'8''. He weighs only about 180, and is skinny. He has blue eyes, black hair which is grown out most of the time, the style is just messy. He has some facial hair, but usually keeps it trimmed. His pants are black cargo, which zip off near the knees to form shorts if needed. His tee-shirt usually is blue or black with any Metallica logo or emblem on it. He wears a gray vest over his teechirt, which holds his belongings. These include a cell phone, iPod nano, pokedex, and other items. He wears a dark blue backpack that has other items as well. On his head he is seen sometimes wearing a dark blu ebandana as a headband, and always wears a necklace around his neck, that has a moon stone on it. This is the only posession he has left of his mother.
Personality: Due to a rough past, he can sometimes get in an extremely darkened mood if angered or upset. When in these moods, he is a person you don't wanna always be around. But he years for company at times. When not in these moods, he ais one of the most respectable guys you could know. He gives advice, hangs out, listens, and comforts. He also has a big passion for Metallica and heavy Metal in general.
History: Travis hates talking about the past. His father was killed when Travis was age 11, when he left the family to be a trainer. His blood was found pooled in the Rock Tunnel Outside Lavander Town. His mother died four years later in an accident, which left Travis with his grandparents. His grandparents are the sweetest people he knows. They feed him, gave him a room, and allow him to wander Pallet every day. After two years with his grandparents, Travis decided to study for the pokemon journey of a trainer. He decided to go on one shortly after some young kids he knew decided to leave. Gary Oak and Ash Ketchum were a part of that group. Travis has always lived in Pallet Town.
Strengthes: Travis, after living with his grandparents for to years, was given a lot of knowledge on how to survive life. He knows how to cook a decent meal, knows a lot of wisdom, and has been known to make a rather good leader. He is not the strongest person around, but he can work. He does most of the yard work at his grandparents house He has been known to spend a lot of time on the track or in the pool, because of this he is really good at running and swimming.

That's what Travis' clock read. Travis seemed to like reading late now. He had been researching heavily for the past two or three months on a journey not many could go on. He himself was lucky to be going on it.

Travis Darrell Mura, age 17, and at a height of 6-8, had so far had a sad life. He lived with his grandparents, Nova and James. His father left his mother when he was 11 and was killed in the Rock Tunnel outside Lavender Town after they found a pool of blood to be his after a DNA test. His mother had been dead two years. She died in an accident, and Travis was left with his grandparents. They were his only family now. He had no brother, sister, or aunt or uncle. His other grandparents had also died before he was born.

But in this sad life, Travis felt no sadness really. His grandparents took him in as if he was their own son. They fed him, he worked for them in the yard, or house, he even had his own room upstairs. It was a good life he guessed.

Travis loved his music. It was one of the things that helped him contain his sadness. His music helped him settle down, contain anger, get him in the mood, since Travis loved Heavy Metal and Rock N' Roll. He listened to a lot of this, especially Metallica. He connected a lot with Metallica. How? He didn't always understand that himself. Metallica was not Christian, Travis was, but their subject matter was what Travis sometimes agreed with.

But that didn't matter at the present moment. Travis was reading. He had to study for this journey he would be doing in less than a week. He would be starting his pokémon journey soon. He had been studying how to do this type of journey, to pack, how to cook, set up shelter, and other things like that. But what he studied at the present moment was what he'd been looking forward to studying. What to choose as a pokémon partner.

There were so many choices! But he wanted to pick one that he believed he could learn from. He could benefit from any but they each had they weaknesses and other things Travis didn't know if he could handle. He read on.

"...from the time of birth. It is said that if this flame ever goes out, it's life would end. Charmander..."

"Travis, come downstairs!" his grandmother called, as he heard her climbing the stairs towards his room. He laughed. "I'll be down in five minutes." he said as she entered the room. "Travis, you said that twenty minutes ago. Your dinner's probably colder than any ice pokémon you'll encounter." He laughed. "So I'll re-heat it."

His grandmother laughed and made her way towards the dining room, but stopped near the door of Travis' room. "We always knew this day would come..." she said loud enough for him to hear. "I remember your mother used to dream of doing exactly what you're about to do...I never knew why she didn't go..."

Travis laughed inside. "I'll be down in a few."

"You really want me to leave, don't you?" she asked. They both laughed then she left the room and went downstairs.

Travis remembered his mother. Se died a sad woman, because of his father's death. He actually despised his father deep down inside, since he just left. Travis couldn't remember why he left, he just did.

Travis had to leave this town. Too many memories and he'd rather get away from them for a while. He wanted to spend some time in the wilderness, make friends with his pokémon companion, and enjoy life. It would soon happen.

He picked up his book again and read some more. Who to choose? Pikachu? Too popular in the pokémon world, and could easily be caught in some places. Eevee? A good choice, but could be difficult to raise, especially when and what it evolved into. Who? He read on...then he saw an interesting one. "Wow....I think I've found myself a new companion..."

He shut off his lamp and closed his book. He then stood up and went downstairs. "Wonder what Grandma made up for dinner tonight..."

Personality: Mike is very playful and rambunctious. He loves getting into trouble and causing mischief. Adults aren't very fond of him but people his age tend to love him. He is a great friend, and never breaks a promise. He loves screwing around, but he can be very serious. When it comes to relationships he is the most loving guy you'll ever meet. He loves to talk ALOT so if you're not in the mood for a long conversation don't talk to the guy. Loves just about all kinds of music. Great guy as long as you don't piss him off.
History:Mike was born here in good 'ol Pallet Town. Raised by his mother for all his life. Always had a dream of becoming a Pokemon Master. Always begged his Mom to get him a Pokemon and is so glad to finally get one. Moved here from the Hoenn region after his Dad died.

Personality: His personality is very unique and very changable. When he's around his mom and dad, he's a spoiled little brat, when he's around his teachers and friends in school, his personality is very amazing because he sits by his friends and talks about racing. When he's around his girlfriend, he's very touching and sweet to her because she's a girl and she should be treated like a prom queen.

History: When he was five years old, he wanted to become the very best Pokemon master in the Pokemon world so he watched his mom and dad take care of their Pokemon together. His mom had a Blastoise and his dad had a Charizard and his mom said that it's racist in his religion to take the males ideas so she told him to have a Squirtle when it's time. When he was six years old, he went to school to learn about Pokemon and when he was talking to his friends, they told him to steal a gun from the police department so he did and got in very deep trouble. He spent a year in jail and when he was seven years old, his girlfriend dumped him and so he was a loner once again. When he was around eight year old, his mom told him that he could become a Pokemon trainer if he gets all "A's" at the end of the year. He got the "A's" on his tests and now it been two years later and now he can become a Pokemon trainer.
