No ma'am. It's a Japanese Mewto which migrated from Johto (Transfer from Gen 4 to 5 to 6 I think.) I obtained it in a trade however. Regardless, it is very powerful and weather you wish to redistribute it or battle with it is all up to you. Even though it's not Kalos, you'd still trade, right?
