That really depends. Generally I'm suspicious of max IVs...are you the OT?

OT is Mary and Nathan. Meganium's date match when RNG came out... but Aggron is 2007, so it would have to come when Emerald's RNG was unlocked.

If you want to play it 100% safe I can offer plenty of other things.
