Cool! Keep it up D-Azelf! :)

A little update from me now.

So, it's been 2 and a half weeks since I started working out, and I already notice my body's recompositioning back to where it was 5 years ago. I'm by no means near to where I was at my peak, and really only I could notice it, but it's a start!

Bodyweight: 185lbs (5 years ago) --- 200lbs (2 1/2 weeks ago) --- 205lbs (now)

Exercise: 5 years ago --- 2 and a half weeks ago --- now
3x5 = 3 sets of 5 reps

Squat: 265lbs 3x5 --- 170lbs 3x5 --- 195lbs 3x5 (had to reset to 140lbs when I saw my form was bad)

Bench Press: 205lbs 3x5 --- 120lbs 3x5 --- 150lbs 3x5

Deadlift: 315lbs 1x5 --- 170lbs 1x5 --- 260lbs 1x5 (Went overboard on that one lol, ouch...)

Standing Overhead Press: 110lbs 3x5 --- 70lbs 3x5 --- 95lbs 3x5

Even 5 years ago I wasn't all that strong, and I did bench press WAY too much when I first started lifting and not enough of anything else. This time around, the weight between each exercise will be a lot more balanced. I hope to get back to where I was 5 years in 2 months from now, but I'm also in no big hurry. My ultimate goal is to one rep max 300lbs on bench press, 400lbs on squat, and 500lbs on deadlift. That'll take a lot longer to reach, but as long as I keep going, I'll achieve it.
