Have you ever levelled a pokemon to level 100?

Lost count because there were so many I have leveled to 100.

What was your first pokemon you got to lv.100?

IIRC, it was my Charizard in Red when I was like 4 years old.

What is the most recent pokemon you've got to lv.100?

My Jalorda in Pokemon White.

Will you ever train a pokemon to lv.100?

Yes, and always.

My oooold Blaziken from back in 2003. I don't have the save file it was on anymore.

None. xD I ain't got the patience to do that.

Will you ever train a pokemon to lv.100?
I'm trying to get my current team up to level 100 - so far, my other Blaziken is at level 93.

Yes. Quite a few times... Mostly during Gen. I. I'd say it was no more than 8, no less than 5. So long ago, though, that I can't remember.

What was your first pokemon you got to lv.100?

A Raichu. (That my sister tried to take credit for. -_- But I remember raising that thing from a low lvl Pikachu. Traded him back and fourth between Red, Blue, and Yellow for years. Sister ended up with him, and to this day takes the credit for him. Even though she hardly played Pokemon. Training to Lvl. 100 takes a lot of dedication.)

I honestly couldn't tell you. Most recent was probably back in Gen. II. When I was in like... middle school or whatever year it was. After Gold/Silver, I kinda stopped caring about getting to Lvl. 100 and reset when they were around Lvl. 80.

Will you ever train a pokemon to lv.100?

I think I might on Platinum. I don't know, though. I'd like another Lvl. 100 Raichu. Just for old times sake.
