What would it take to get one? The only shiny I really have is the event Gengar... Everyone on GTS wants like Genesect or Meloetta for one.

That is hacked, sorry. According to bulbapedia, the event lasted from 11/16/2014 to 2/28/2015.

Serebii has it it October 27th to November 16th. I got the code from GameStop, and it was on pokebank after I started a new file in Y.
