And yeah, i'm 100% sure it is legit. The guy that traded it to me bred it himself with perfect IVs, EV trained it's attack and I think speed or Def to the max, can't remember which he said, and it knows Earthquake, Ice Shard, Stealth Rock, and Stone Edge.
