Looking for a coder (and/or artist)

I havn't been to these fine forums in quite awhile, for which I apologize, but I am of the mind to build myself a website, and I came here to ask for help from a wide range of artistic minds.

My website will be simple, yet deep, and I want somebody who can treat my project with respect and somebody who can bare with my terrible knowledge of technical things.

As per the course of this idea, I also would like an artist who is skilled at drawing, inking, somebody of quality. I want an art aesthetic that's dark, yet beautiful, a comic-book like thing.

Yes this stuff is pretty simple and very easy to learn, if you use one of (The cave of dragonflies) and edit it. I suggest this as the layout can be customise good and you learn how to do the basics quickly.
