Looking for Chikorita and Totodile for any other starter

I can give you all starter pokemon. But it will take time to breed them and then hatch them. Or I can just give you Totodile right now? Do you have a shiny Beldum? If not I would like the PBR Electivire.

I have a whole box of Totodiles...
I also have Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Piplup, Chimchar and Turtwig. So I can get you any starter you need. :)

EDIT: I already have all the other starters, just missing these 2..
Ill give a rayquaza for both, if you want anything in specific(not shiny or legendary) tell me.
