To whom it may concern,
My name is Lieutenant Colonel Cameron Mitchell. It has recently come to my attention that my friend, Major General Jonathan O'Neill, has taken his leave of this institution. Despite his departure, he is interested in keeping abreast of the situation here, and to fulfill that end, he dispatched me here to reconnoiter the surroundings and gather intel. I have no interest in making any enemies here. Just allow me to stay, at least until Major General O'Neill returns from his leave of absence.
