If you try to visit this link, you may receive a form of malware from a site. http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=123166&page=7

Running Chrome will tell you the malware site. I suggest that page gets pruned of posts and locked.

EDIT: This is the error Chrome produces-
The website at www.pokecommunity.com contains elements from the site www.netmarina.com, which appears to host malware - software that can hurt your computer or otherwise operate without your consent. Just visiting a site that contains malware can infect your computer.

More about this site can be found at this diagnostics link from Google: http://safebrowsing.clients.google....izpics/black.gif&client=googlechrome&hl=en-GB

I am fully updated and get the error on Chrome. Is anything about www/.netmedia.com appearing (ignoring the slash?)

Duh, because the problem isn't related to PC. The error came up because something on PC was harmful. (END SARCASM) Namely the above parsed link.

Also, the error does state "contains elements from the site ...", so whatever is on page 7 of the aforemented thread, it links to a suspect site.

Included is a picture of this error:

• Ooh, someone's gotten snarky while they've been relegated to the naughty corner.

The alert was probably for an advert, so you did just great on linking to the topic. >>

It was not for an advert, otherwise, why would it appear everytime I go to that page? And nice to continue sarcasm.

The site netmarina.com is blocked by Firefox, but the page you linked to isn't. Must have been an ad.

lol, I'm running Chrome. Nevermind, it's the usual "noboyd understands anything I damn well say." So I may as well "shut the (insert very rude word here_ up!"

• It's just from an ad. We're already aware of this and, as far as I know, action has been taken to get it removed from the rotation so it shouldn't happen again. Thanks for letting us know.
