How do you feel about meditating? Does it help you?
Not sure this is much of a debate given the current substance of the OP and all but I'll bite:
I do genuinely meditate when I've had a ridiculously awful day. Not with the absurd humming and that, but I'll close my eyes, sit back and try to just clear my mind of anything for a good 10-20 minutes. Results vary, with either the original mess being too hard to shake, or if it was just a hectic sort of day, I'll probably have that strange mood afterwards where everything is stupid and everything is funny.
...this is a rare occurrence, I'm not insane, I swear.
