Meh... reports?

Uh, if its okay with the mods, can I get to know how many times I report posts and all in a day? I think I do it a lot, and don't keep count. And can I also know if someone else is reporting more than me?

There's no way to tell unless we were to go and manually count the reports we receive from you, and then do the same for everyone and make a comparison. Anyway, there's no reason for you to know. Reporting isn't meant to be a competition, nor a race. It's simply a way to help the staff control spam on the forums.

its not really that important is it? i report when i see something that just ridiculous, but I dont really care how many times Ive reported...it is a good idea though! ^^

Though, (if this was what you're thinking), there's no shame in being a frequent reporter as long as they're relevant. I just don't do it a lot because I've always found it odd for a mod to report a post to another mod XD

Note that mods don't really care... usually I'm infuriated about reports because they just fill my PM box with ... spam... not to mention that sometimes they're just worthless reports...

I usually glance at the forum, then delete em right away. The're usfull if there's a porn/spam attack...but aside from that, they're annoying.

Reporting isint like Reputation points and it's not right to act like it's some kind of fun game to bash new users and older ones who just happen to not read the rules yet o.o That post sounded very wrong to me at first, however if I where you I would also be interested, just not for the same reason =/. I would just like to know so I can possibly check up on the people I'v reported and see how they are doing^^.

well if we dont report, have fun with a spammed PC! If you dont like reports, why are you a mod? Its usualy the simpletons that make it to the spam first, so if you want us to stop, then say the word, and you can live on PC looking for spam! Theres more of us, and less of you, and we will report when we see something to report! Not trying to be rude at all, I know there is alot of reporting goining on, but its your JOB to listen to reports.

i know theres spam in the reports(i can imagine) but still...

I haven't reported yet and don't intend to, I just send anyone who needs reprorting a nasty PM... as of now anyway :P I realise you were just curious but curiosity skinned the cat. (Yes I like skinned better than killed because skinned has more pain in it :P)

O...kay.... I have no intentions of becoming mod here. ^^; Why'd I wanna do something like that? No, seriously, I wanted to be mod here LONG ago, but not anymore. Its fun being a member.

Oh and yeah. Mods are supposed to LOVE these reports whenever they come in. If you don't want us to report, then go find these random n00bs and random posts all by yourself. We won't help. =P
