2nd Gen Missingno = Slowpoke Problem

Cinnabar Island was the epicenter of glitches in Red/Blue/Yellow. From that respect, it doesn't totally surprise me that it was removed in Gold/Silver/Crystal.

Yeah, they had to make sure that the G/S/C MissingNo. didn't come popping out. Of course, people do shark their games.

My Rare Candies (via glitch) have just leveled up my Wartortle into a Nidoking!

The glitchy rare candies probably don't matter, because I did use them lots and nothing happens. It was probably your glitchy MissingNo.'s son/daughter.
What makes it even glitchier, is that you can only get Nidoking with a Moon Stone. Oh well, good Pokedex filler, lol.;)

Well, just thank the Lord you're not playing Diamond and Pearl. If you have stadium you can fix up your screwed boxes.

That happens when you catch a 'M, not a Missingno. Normal Missingnos don't evolve (unless... your game is crazy O.o)

You can't call red and blue anything BUT crazy. I caught all the safari zone pokemon because of that glitch. :]

Yeah, my horrific MissingNo. never evolved. Are you sure you're not using an M? Your game is more crazy than normal if MissingNo.'s the one evolving.

Oh, yes, blue version is old. If you start to shark it you may get some funny results.

Nope! It's a MissingNo, transferring it to Gold probably screwed it up especially since I bred it!

Anyway I'm going to put it back onto Gold for a few days, see what happens!

Glitches are cool like that, but can be deadly if you're not careful. Years of glitching up my old Red version has stopped it producing any wild pokemon.

That happens when you catch a 'M, not a Missingno. Normal Missingnos don't evolve (unless... your game is crazy O.o)

I guess my Red's crazy then. I had one MissingNo evolve into a Rydon, and other into a Fearow.

After taking down the Elite Four and Lance with my Nidoking I then got a normal Hall of Fame and so I put back my Nidoking onto Red and it turned back into Slowpoke!
