    I like T-wave + Heal Bell Granbull personally. Wigglytuff i'd just scratch, but I've never seen that MS before, so i can't really judge it at the moment. Otherwise looks pretty cool.

    Wigglytuff can take Physical hits and counter back for a OHKO and also passes wishes effectively

    As in -
    1.Your screwed with Thunderwave anyway u take it,
    2.No one's going to poison you/will-o-wisp you.
    3.The consistantly high base damage of double edge will be welcomed 99% most of the time...Since you aren't always going to be inficted with status
    4.Damage doesn't increase with sleep, and sleep is a very predictable status.[ie switching into and therefore taking advantage of it is easy]

    Raticate rarely gets a status condition
    I prefer the massive damage from Double-Edge than some much lower power move that is only uber when I get statused, which is rare
