    • Since King is unable to continue running the Monotype challenge, I've decided to take control. The rules are the same and are:

    1. The challenge is over once you beat the Elite Four
    2. You may only use Pokemon of one type.
    3. Dual types are allowed, and count toward a Monotype Challenge of either type. For example: if you are doing a Water Monotype Challenge, it is okay to have a Gyarados, which is part Water and part flying. If you are doing a Flying Monotype Challenge, it is also okay to have a Gyarados, because he, once again, is part water and part flying. Also, you may use a Pokemon that later evolves into a Pokemon with your type. Once again, if you are doing a Flying type run, you may use Magikarp, because it evolves into Gyarados, which is part Flying. This does not work the other way around, though. If you are doing a Normal type Challenge, and have an Eevee, you may not evolve it into a Jolteon, claiming that one of the evolutions was Normal.
    4. You must catch the first Pokemon of your type before you leave Dewford town with the exception of Electric types, which you should catch as soon as you are able.
    5. You may have up to 3 HM slaves on your team.
    6. No legendaries.
    7. You may use an emulator, and the speed button, but don't use the emulator to cheat.
    8. Multiple people may do the same type.
    9. No trading, unless you are evolving a Pokemon.
    10. Update regularly.
    11. This isn't a race. Take your time and have fun.

    I'm gonna start whit a grass challenge.

    - Picked Treecko
    - Did the unimportant stuff
    - Beat May
    - Helped Wally and Caught a Lotad
    - Caught a Shroomish at the forest
    - Beat that grunt
    - Grindend until level 16
    - Treecko and Lotad evolve
    - Beat Roxanne damn potions
    - Saved Peeko

    - Fury cutter
    - Pursuit
    - Absorb
    - Quick attacl

    Lombre lv. 16 'Greenpizza'

    -Settled into the house
    -Did the tasks
    -Saved Prof. Birch with a Torchic
    -Crawled up to Oldale town
    -Got a potion from the pokemart lady.
    -Stomped May
    -Ran to the lab with her.
    -Got the Pokedex.
    -Went back up to Oldale town, healed.
    -Forged on to Petalburg, beat my first few trainers. :D
    -Helped Wally catch his Ralts.
    -Went into the Petalburg woods.
    -Caught my Shroomish.
    -Beat an Aqua Goon, got the Devon Goods.
    -Left the woods, got the Wailmer Pail from the Pretty Petal shop.
    -Lotad lvld. up to 7, got Stun Spore.

    Taking a break and eating Lunch. Here's my team insofar.

    Torchic Lvl. 13 "HellFire"
    -Tackle
    -Growl
    -Focus Energy
    -Ember

    Shroomish Lvl. 7 "Vengeance"
    -Tackle
    -Absorb

    Off topic: Netherlands FTW, looking forward to them fighting the Germans in the final.

    -Got into Rustboro.

    I think there's enough of those in the game to have a team of at least 6 and lanturn can use surf

    -Got the Devon Goods/Peeko back from the Team Aqua thug.
    -OMW back to Mr. Briney.

    Tell me, should I wait to catch a Makuhita, or get a trade with a retarded name in Rustboro right now? The boosted XP is tempting.

    • Thank you thank you thank you for clearing up the mess that was the old thread. I'm super sorry that I let that happen, I guess I kind of lost interest and got more busy. So yeah, just dropping in to say sorry and that I hope this one will be as big as the other one was and more. :D
