    Well, actually, it's true.

What item you can't travel without?

I always try to get Revival Herbs, though I don't like how it decreases my Pokemon's happiness, but It's much better than normal revives. And ofcourse, MooMoo Milk. In Pearl I hated it when you can't buy it in packs. :/ Oh, and a Bike, too.

... So what Items you can't travel without?

-definitely agrees with title- MooMoo Milk are the only health item I ever use.
The other items I always need is just the bike and one backup Masterball in case something special comes out.

An escape rope. Just in case I'm in an annoying cave.
Luckily they aren't as annoying as they were when I was younger though.
    I hated Seafoam Islands.

I love Moomoo milk as well. But I was always a Full Restore kinda guy, even if they were overpriced.

I also used to keep a Nugget for good luck when I was younger, so I always do that now, call it nostalgia.

I always carry a Yellow Flute and a Blue Flute (in both Gen 3 and Gen 4) because it saves tons and makes Confusion and Sleep much less annoying. Any foolish NPC that uses Swagger just sealed his/her own demise.

Other items I usually have are Max Repels, Hyper Potions, and Full Heals.

... MooMoo Milk heals 100 HP, I think.

Everytime I'm about to leave a town to go on a route to a new town I stop by the closest shop and buy:

+10-20 Super, hyper or max potions
    +10-20 revives or max revives
+20-30 pokeballs, great balls or ultra balls (you never know when a Pokemon is gonna be hard to catch)
+10 repels, max repels or super repels

And that's about all my items list is ever filled with. I really don't bother with moomoo milk, leomonade, soda pop or water. Because, you can't get them in every town. However, when I can get them, they replace the potions I buy.

I'm some sort of crazy packrat... I always have at least 30 of every type of HP/PP healer in my bag. I never have to worry about running out then. ;)

    So I have:

    30 Potions
    30 Super Potions
    30 Hyper Potions
    30 Max potions
    30 Revives
    30 Max Revives
    30 Pokeballs
    30 Great Balls
    30 Ultra Balls
    30 Repels
    30 Max Repels
    30 Super Repels

*pant* Among other things that I'm too lazy to post. :P

I never use Potions or anything of the sort, unless I am facing the Elite 4.
Any other times, I just horde my money.
But the one item I can't live without is my Bike...

    I always carry

•99x Ultra Balls (just in case I'm in catching mode)
    •Master Ball (one never knows....)
•Mach Bike (sooo fast, sooo useful)
•50x Moo Moo Milk (Pokémons that I'm training won't even have enough HP to need Hyper Potions)
•25x Revives (if I ever make a stupid mistake)

Those are it. Oh, and those Key Items that I can never put in my storage. >.>
