    I say Spoink. It's small, round, and has a shiny pearl on it's head. works as cute to me...

    as for cuteness, I'd say Flaaffy, Girafarig, Furret and Shinx are cute. :3
    Flareon and Sandslash are tough and cute as well. :3

    as for legendary, Mew is the cutest. :3

    I have to admit, out of all the Pokemon, I think Clefable is the cutest. In legendary terms, Mew obviously takes the crown.
