There is one... it's just included in other entertainment.

Look at the first page of Other Entertainment. The lack of music threads clearly indicates that there is no need for there to be a separate section for them.

Yeah - but you could have like, seprate threads for genres... And 2008 album releases and favorite songs/artists/albums ect... That sounds busy to me.

That's not what's there now, though. We don't make forums like that unless there's a need to. Hypothetically, every kind of entertainment covered in Other Entertainment could have a lot of threads like that and even more. But there's not.
Really, nothing in Other Entertainment is busy enough to have its own section, and it probably never will.
If you want music discussion that bad, just make some threads in OE. I doubt it'll be ignored. Just make sure it hasn't been covered and it's allowed. :D
