Trade bulk up for solar beam on groudon, and body slam for eruption. Ho-Oh is okay. Lugia istead of having future sight, it should have the move phychic. on speed deoxys trade in Thunderbolt for Thunder.

Oh okay, an uber team. Well, it's a lot better than your last team (not the D/P one, the Ice one).

Also why do all your Pokemon have gentle natures? Is it just coincidence or did you just make it all up? Because gentle isn't a very good nature. You need natures that actually boost the appropriate stats and lower the ones they don't need, like Modest for Sp. Attackers and Adamant for physical Attackers.

Hidden Power Bug is good for enemy Latios/Latias but Groudon needs to have perfect stats for Hidden Power to be at max power (and let me tell you, this Groudon does not have anywhere near perfect stats). You can always use a Fire Blast or Overheat, but with such low Sp. Attack you probably shouldn't bother. Your only real option is Brick Break for Normal types.

Lugia shouldn't attack much because its main job is to defend. And by looking at your Lugia's attacking stat, they are incredibly low so you won't be able to deal much damage without boosting your stats. So while Aeroblast is a cool attack its not going to be very useful on a weak Lugia (also Aeroblast only has 5 PP). I'd keep Ice Beam and give it Psychic since it's a Psychic type (also Future Sight sucks). And Recover is a must on Lugia since it's such a defensive Pokemon.

This set is so much better on Attack Deoxys than Speed Deoxys. But that means trading your whole team over to Fire Red. Speed Deoxys is still a nice Pokemon if you want more balanced stats. Also Deoxys can do so many things. I have no problem with your current set. It's the only moveset on this team that I don't have to change so good job with that. Keep in mind that it can also Recover, use Fire Punch (good for Metagross), and even Spikes.

This is fact, not flame:

1) Aerial Ace gets STAB, and will do more than Crunch will do. Crunch isn't even needed on Rayquaza.
2) Groudon is better physical, making Solarbeam a sucky move on him, regardless of Drought. Bulk Up does better, but neither body slam nor Eruption should be on him. I like Swords Dance/Bulk Bup, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Substitute/Fire Blast/Overheat.
3)Thunderbolt is alot better than Thunder, unless you're Kyogre, Dragonite, or Jirachi. It's better to have consistancy than have your oh-so-powerful move miss all the time when you could've had a KO.

Those movesets are really hard to make, especially with everyone telling to put three thunderbolts on three different pokemon when there is only one thunderbolt TM. You're team seems very good for in game except Mewtwo needs two more moves and get rid of bulk up on Groudon for something else, since it has CBand. The Tbolt TM is already used on Deoxys-E, and I don't think replacing it and basically wasting such a good TM isn't exactly the best idea. ...unless this team hasn't already been made and is currently in the making.
