Tentacruel is seen as a bulky Rapid Spinner. Barrier, though it patches up Tentacruel's medicre Defense, isn't worth using and Tentacruel has better things to do:
    -Scald
    -Rapid Spin
    -Toxic Spikes/Sludge Bomb
    -Substitute/Protect/Sludge Bomb
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/244 Def/16 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Rain Dish/Liquid Ooze

Sticky Web already slows down opposing grounded switch-ins. Galvantula can hit most of who are immune to Sticky Web with a supereffecitve Thunder:
    -Sticky Web
    -Thunder
    -Bug Buzz
    -Volt Switch/Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
    Ability: Compound Eyes

Skarmory's current EV spread is inefficient. Investing in its HP takes priority over its defenses because it's significantly lower than the defenses. Also, Skarmory NEEDS Roost to even be successful:
    -Spikes
    -Whirlwind
    -Roost
    -Brave Bird/Steel Wing/Taunt
    Nature: Impish/Careful
    EVs: 224 HP/252 Def/32 SDef or 224 HP/32 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
    Ability: Sturdy

Cradily is very impractical to use. Stealth Rock isn't available for it yet till Poke Bank. Its defensive typing is decent, but Ferrothorn does its job a LOT better:
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Leech Seed/Thunder Wave
    -Power Whip/Gyro Ball
    -Stealth Rock/Gyro Ball/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/76 Def/180 SDef or 252 HP/200 Def/56 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs

Hex is very unreliable for Chandelure to use. It relies on the opponent to be statused and Shadow Ball has consistent power:
    -Fire Blast
    -Shadow Ball
    -Energy Ball
    -Psychic/Hidden Power (Fighting)/Substitute
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life OrbLeftovers
    Ability: Flash Fire/Infiltrator

    or
    -Fire Blast/Overheat
    -Shadow Ball
    -Energy Ball
    -Psychic/Hidden Power (Fighting)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf/Choice Specs
    Ability: Flash Fire/Infiltrator

Also consider Gengar or Aegislash over Chandelure. Gengar is faster while Aegislash hits harder.

    Gengar:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Substitute/Protect
    -Focus Blast/Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge/Life Orb

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast
    -Thunderbolt/Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    Aegislash:
    -Shadow Ball/Iron Head
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Iron Head/Sacred Sword
    -King's Shield
    Nature: Quiet/Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 SAtk (Quiet) or 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def (Adamant)
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Autotomize
    -Shadow Claw
    -Sacred Sword/Iron Head
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 88 HP/252 Atk/168 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Iron Head
    -Sacred Sword
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 SAtk
    Item: Life Orb/Spooky Plate

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -King's Shield
    -Shadow Sneak/Shadow Claw
    -Iron Head/Sacred Sword
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

    or
    -Autotomize
    -Shadow Ball
    -Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Iron Head/Sacred Sword
    Nature: Rash
    EVs: 88 Atk/252 SAtk/168 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Kangkaskhan's current set isn't that good, tbh. Outrage locks it in for 2-3 turns and confuses it afterward. Dizzy Punch is weak and outclassed by Return. Retaliate only is effective if an ally fainted last turn and is outclassed by Return once again:
    -Return/Double-Edge
    -Power-Up Punch/Fake Out
    -Sucker Punch
    -Earthquake/Bulldoze
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Kangaskhanite
    Ability: Scrappy

Okay, thanks. I made some changes. I'm going to keep Chandelure and possibly replace Cradily with Swampert instead of Ferrothorn. Would that make any sense?

No. The power creep made it harder for Swampert to wall things. It's still a good Pokemon, but it doesn't see much use for that reason alone. That, and it's not available till Poke Bank is released. Stick to Ferrothorn.

Edit: Overheat only sees use on Chandelure's Choice sets; they're meant to get into battle, hit hard and get out. Either use Fire Blast with Life Orb/Leftovers or Overheat with Choice Specs/Choice Scarf.

Also note that Kangaskhan's Scrappy will be replaced with Parental Bond when it Mega Evolves. Scrappy is there to ensure that Kangaskhan can still hit Ghosts with Normal/Fighting moves before Mega Evolving.

Hm. I really don't fancy making half of my team weak to fire, so meh, I guess I'll just try different Stealth Rock users myself and see what works the best for my team.

Alright. I think I'll rather stick with Flamethrower then. I don't trust Fire Blast because of its poor accuracy.

And I know. That's why I originally had Parental Bond as her ability. But yeah, I'll put it back there with Scrappy.

Thanks for all the advice. I think I'll be fine by myself now.
