I don't like the first gym being electric type. The first and second should be switched. There is nothing to deal with an electric type in the beginning the game. I like a challenge, but I don't think they would do that. I don't like the idea of having to face 2 noiverns. Everything else was ok I guess.

First off, the 1st gym leader shouldn't be an Electric type, because it's far too early to get yourself a Ground type (even Geodude doesn't learn a Ground move at that level). The most effective types for a 1st gym are Rock, Bug, and Flying. Second, there are certain Pokémon that these gym leaders and Elite Four members shouldn't be using for the rule Sig Mon. Elite Member 1, for example, is using Dragons who are already sig Pokémon to other Dragon specialists, so replace them with Flygon, Druddigon, and Dragalge, and use either one of those three as his/her sig Pokémon. Because of this, we need more new dragon types next gen to fill out the other two empty slots of Elite Member 1.

True. I thought this line up would be good for difficulty. Despite the early electric types I think t would be nice to mix it up. That all makes sense tho.

No because there's no Dark-type Gym

Okay, all jokes aside, why are the Bug-type Gyms always early on? There are some really nice Bug-types out there and I'd prefer to see one later on in the game. I'm not talking Gym 8, but 5-6 or even 7 would work just fine for me. (Everyone on the competitive scene raves about Volcarona and Scizor, for example- it's possible to have one later on that's still challenging.)

An Electric Gym as Gym 1 is fine- you don't need to be super-effective against the Gym to beat it, you know? If you're that bothered, grab a nice Grass-type- it'll serve you well here.

I've no qualms about anything else, and I'm going to go ahead and say that I like seeing a Poison user as one of the Elite Four. It's a vastly underestimated type so it rarely gets that honour (only in Gen II, if I'm remembering right?).

May I suggest Spiritomb or Sableye for the Ghost user, so they're not steamrolled over by any good Dark-type?

Well there was Aaron from the Elite 4.

I don't know how I feel about the first gym being an electric type. It would be somewhat of a challenge but like Pinkie-Dawn said it's way too early to get a ground type.
