  • I'm giving myself a second shot at RainDance Teams. Made 2, one for RU and one for UU. I know both have problems with BUG types, and I have no idea how to work that out (a flying pokemon would be awesome, but I cannot find one that would fit my team and have no idea where to put it)

  • Your UU team looks alright.

    RU team:
If Uxie is using U-turn, then its nature should be Impish, so that U-turn's power isn't weakened (yes, I know U-turn coming from uninvested neutral 75 Attack doesn't hurt much but still...)

Slowking's Fire Blast is weakened in the rain. Instead, either use Ice Beam for hitting Grass and Dragon Pokemon, Psyshock/Psychic for a secondary STAB or Dragon Tail for phazing.

Like Slowking, Nidoqueen's Fire move is weakened in the rain, so it can use Focus Blast as an alternate way to deal with Steels, despite thevredundant coverage with Earth Power and low accuracy.

  • The UU team has lots of problems with Bugs, whenever there's a Bug I'm getting stuck.

RU tried to solve it with those fire moves, but yeah need to think and change that.

How about you fit in Cobalion or Registeel as defensive pivots for your UU rain team? They resist Bug and their Fire weakness will be cancelled in the rain. Cobalion can even go offensive if you want:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Sacred Sword/Close Combat
    -Volt Switch
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Toxic
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 248 Atk/28 Atk/232 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/X-Scissor
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers

    or
    -Calm Mind
    -Focus Blast
    -Hidden Power (Ghost/Ice)
    -Flash Cannon/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    Registeel:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Thunder Wave/Toxic
    -Seismic Toss
    -Earthquake/Shadow Claw/Iron Head
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
