  • EVs and natures would be appreciated here. You may have to do some re-breeding for some of your Pokemon.

Anyway, Special Lucario is better off utilizing its Mega form. Physical Lucario is best off regular or Mega:
    -Nasty Plot
    -Aura Sphere/Vacuum Wave
    -Flash Cannon
    -Shadow Ball/Dark Pulse
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Lucarionite

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Close Combat
    -Extreme Speed/Bullet Punch
    -Earthquake/Crunch
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Lucarionite/Life Orb

Yveltal is a versatile Pokemon to use. Oblivion Wing is actually a good (signature) move for it, and I have no freakin' idea why you got rid of it. It's still a versatile Pokemon, though some people will frown down upon using legendaries/Ubers in battle:
    -Dark Pulse
    -Oblivion Wing
    -Sucker Punch
    -Taunt/Substitute/Focus Blast/Roost
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

    or
    -Foul Play
    -Taunt
    -Toxic
    -Roost
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Dark Pulse
    -Oblivion Wing
    -Hurricane
    -Focus Blast
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs

    or
    -Substitute
    -Disable
    -Dark Pulse
    -Oblivion Wing
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Dark Pulse
    -Oblivion Wing
    -Sucker Punch
    -Focus Blast/Foul Play
    Nature: Mild
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 SDef
    Item: Assault Vest

Chesnaught's Special Attack isn't ideal for it to use Special moves. Its coverage move pool is decent, albeit underused. While I'd suggest a support set with Spikes, it's an egg move that can only be passed down by Smeargle or Delibird (former through Sketch, latter through chain breeding):
    -Bulk Up
    -Seed Bomb/Wood Hammer
    -Hammer Arm
    -Stone Edge/Poison Jab
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

In competitive play, Aggron shouldn't even be using special moves in the first place because of how terrible its Special Attack is. It's only good in its Mega form, whose weaknesses are reduced because of Filter. And I have no idea why you got rid of Iron Head, one of its better STAB moves:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Iron Head/Heavy Slam
    -Thunder Wave
    -Earthquake/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Heavy Slam/Iron Head
    -Earthquake/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

Blaziken has High Jump Kick as a better Fighting STAB over Sky Uppercut. You may have to breed it to get the right natures for these, though:
    -Flare Blitz
    -High Jump Kick
    -Protect
    -Swords Dance/Baton Pass
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Speed Boost

Having too many Fire-weak Pokemon on the team is very problematic (Chesnaught, Lucario, Venusaur). From the looks of things, this team needs a Water Pokemon. Greninja or Starmie fit the bill nicely:

    Greninja:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Dark Pulse
    -Ice Beam
    -U-turn/Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Hasty/Timid
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Protean

    or
    -Spikes
    -Hydro Pump
    -Dark Pulse/Ice Beam
    -Hidden Power (Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

    Starmie:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Scald
    -Rapid Spin
    -Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/32 Def/4 SAtk/224 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure
