Nice, but for some reason i dont like the Focus Sash on it. I assume its for Ice beam, but Dragonite can take hits quite well. Can't think of what else to use.

Quite nice overall. You seriously lack a Special wall/tank and a Healbeller. You have Skarm, why not use SkarmBliss. Or for Status attacks, Gardevoir could do well. Post your EVs next time. Edit in Bold

Yache Berry is more effective on Dragonite. Run Thunderbolt or Thunder if you ever want a chance at OHKOing Skarm, which will obviously just Whirlwind you away.

You lack a Special Tank, so in other words, Starmie, Choice Scarfed Heatran, and in some instances, Porygon-Z can destroy you.

Personally, I'd lose either Skarmory OR Forretress (you don't need BOTH on the same team lol) and replace one of them with Snorlax for Special Tanking. Ambipom, honestly, I'd ditch him for something like Vaporeon to reel in electric attackers to switch Electivire into.

Mixedmence really has a field day on this team. Replace forry or skarm with a special wall and hopefully mence counter.

Though I personally would say lefties. I mean, how else is it gonna heal? If you want gyro ball to power up, nothing like switching into a thunder wave :)
