  • Each Pokémon must hold an item to succeed in competitive battling. Listing items and abilities would be great.

Skarmory and Ferrothorn are redundant with one another, as they play similar roles as hazard setters/walls; you have to choose between one or the other:

    Skarmory:
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Whirlwind
    -Roost
    -Brave Bird
    Nature: Impish/Careful
    EVs: 224 HP/252 Def/32 SDef or 224 HP/32 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
    Ability: Sturdy

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Spikes
    -Taunt
    -Brave Bird
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Custap Berry
    Ability: Sturdy

    Ferrothorn:
    -Spikes/Stealth Rock
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell

Seriously, why are you even using non-status moves besides Trick/Spore/the like on Choice sets? Choice items force you into one move until you switch and that isn't good on Mienshao. Ask yourself why you'd use it alongside Terrakion. Quick Guard is also better off on VGC teams. If you want to go with Mienshao, be my guest, but I think Garchomp is better as a Choice user:
    -Hi Jump Kick
    -U-turn
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Stone Edge
    -Grass Knot/Stone Edge
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Regenerator

    Garchomp:
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Fang/Aqua Tail
    -Dragon Claw/Dual Chop
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf

Why is Togekiss even on the team? It's better off supporting the team with flinchax. I can't think of any potential replacements, atm, but it's still better off with this:
    -Thunder Wave/Body Slam
    -Air Slash
    -Roost
    -Aura Sphere/Nasty Plot/Heal Bell
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Serene Grace

I don't get why Quagsire is on the team at all, unless you want to check offensive setup sweepers. Otherwise, Gastrodon, Starmie and Jellicent are better options for you to use:

    Gastrodon:
    -Earthquake/Earth Power
    -Scald/Ice Beam
    -Toxic
    -Recover
    Nature: Sassy/Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Storm Drain

    or
    -Surf
    -Earth Power
    -Ice Beam
    -Hidden Power (Grass)/Recover
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 124 HP/252 SAtk/132 SDef
    Item: Choice Specs/Life Orb
    Ability: Storm Drain

    Starmie:
    -Surf/Hydro Pump
    -Rapid Spin
    -Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Recover/Ice Beam
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Scald
    -Rapid Spin
    -Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/32 Def/224 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Jellicent:
    -Scald/Surf
    -Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
    -Recover
    -Taunt
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Scald/Surf
    -Shadow Ball/Ice Beam
    -Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
    -Recover
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/36 Def/220 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

    or
    -Water Spout
    -Hydro Pump/Surf/Scald
    -Shadow Ball
    -Ice Beam/Giga Drain
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 172 HP/252 SAtk/84 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Water Absorb
