  • It'd be nice if you posted the other 4 team members too to have more helpful advice coming from others. Just saying.

  • Therian Landorus doesn't really need Focus Sash. It can run defensive sets or bulky offensive sets equally well:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -U-turn
    -Stone Edge/Rock Slide/Knock Off
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/240 Def/8 SDef/8 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -U-turn/Explosion
    -Stone Edge/Smack Down/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 72 HP/252 Atk/184 Spe
    Item: Soft Sand/Earth Plate/Normal Gem

Knock Off > Night Slash on Bisharp. Its utility of removing non-Mega Stone items outweighs the +5 BP that Night Slash has over it. Bisharp also doesn't need Brick Break, as its STABs have good coverage together:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Black Glasses/Dread Plate/Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Defiant

    or
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 192 HP/220 Atk/96 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Defiant

Scolipede's EV spread should look like this: 248 HP/20 Def/240 Spe. Its HP has to be odd so that it can switch in to Stealth Rock 4 times and still survive, assuming it doesn't get hit by other attacks. Also, Mental Herb > Black Sludge/Leftovers, as Baton Pass Scolipede is very vulnerable to Taunt.

Manaphy doesn't need all that Speed. 160 Speed + Timid allows it to outspeed all neutral-natured base 100s, while 160 Speed + Modest allows it to outspeed Adamant Excadrill. As Manaphy lacks Rain Dance to cure itself of status, Lum Berry or Wacan Berry should be the item to use.

  • You may wanna give Scolipede a Mental Herb, so Taunt doesn't completely shut it down.

Alternatively you could give it an attack like Poison Jab or Megahorn, so if you are Taunted and can't baton pass, you can always use those speed and attack boosts yourself.

    Hope I helped!
