  • While Sceptile can do kinda well in OU, it's somewhat frail and it can easily be revenged by Scizor. Ferrothorn can pull off a similar job that Sceptile does, only that it's slower. If you want to keep Sceptile, that's fine:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Protect
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

Infernape is a non-Uber alternative to Blaziken. It's faster too:
    -Overheat/Fire Blast
    -Close Combat
    -Grass Knot/U-turn
    -Stone Edge/Mach Punch
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb

Just to give Ferrothorn a bulky Water Pokemon to work with (since it works well with most Water Pokemon), you can go for Jellicent (for spinblocking) or Starmie (for fast sweeping):
    Jellicent:
    -Scald/Surf
    -Toxic/Will-o-Wisp
    -Recover
    -Taunt
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Scald/Surf
    -Shadow Ball/Ice Beam
    -Toxic/Will-o-Wisp
    -Recover
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/36 Def/220 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb

    Starmie:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Rapid Spin/Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Surf/Hydro Pump
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunderbolt
    -Trick/Psyshock
    Nature: Timid
    EVs 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf
    Ability: Natural Cure
