Thats a pretty good team but I might want to suggest Rioru. Cause u got 7 badges right? And when u get Rioru lvl it up then u get Lucario which in my opinion is a good-not excellent- fighting type pokemon. And maybe u might want to level up some pokemon to like ur Empoleon should be level 50
Luxray should be level 45
Floatzel should be level 45
Chatot should be level 45
Bibarel should be level 40
Snover should evolve and be lvl 45
If u catch Rioru and evolve it into Lucario it should be lvl 40.
