4th Gen Need help with my team

Ok so I need two more pokemon to fill my roster and I need your help!!
So far I have
Infernape w/grass knot/ flame wheel/ mach punch/ flare blitz
Lucario w/ Aura spear/ extreemspeed/ dragon pluse/ earthquake
Luxray w/ Discharge/ thumderbolt/ thunder/ thunderfang
Wartortle w/ nothing good right now only lv31

So what changes need to be made, and what should I add? Keep in mind I want them to be used in online battles, so no ubers and there going to be lv100. Also any tips on getting EXP I keep battling the elite four but that gets old quick and the monkey only needs five more to get to a hundo.
