Need movesets!

I'm training an Ampharos, a Noctowl and an Ursaring but I don't know what moves to give them. Any advice?

If it's for UU Focus Punch is useless on Ampharos

Ursaring, use the said the other guy posted, if using Ampharos ingame, give him one of the punches, I think he only gets Fire Pnch anyway

And just don't use Noctowl.....not even for UU. IF you want Reflect, then maybe, but there are others that do that better too.

Meh. I just can't get used to most stuff not having good stats in moves where it gets STAB.

anything can carry CB in UU. Noctowl has an average CB Movepool :)
