    Hey guys & gals

looking for some opinions, help and feedback on my online competitive X/Y team. I've built this team from smogon & research and would like if you guys would tell me what i'm lacking. It could be anything from weaknesses to using the wrong pokemon. It would be great if i could win one competitive battle online as i lose all the time against Aegislash's & mega Kangaskhan's. >.<

    All feedback is appreciated.

    My Team:

Banette is basically my lead. I will use him as an insurance policy against big OU threats like mega Mawile, Mega Kangaskhan's. When he is not killing himself with destiny bond, i will use him to set up will-o-wisps & take advantage of his huge attack stat.

    Banette (M) @ Banettite LEAD
    Ability: Frisk
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
    Admant Nature

    - Knock off (knock off pesky leftovers and hold items.)
    - Phantom force (perfect for Aegislash's King shield.)
    - Destiny Bond
    - Will-o-wisp

Forretress (F) @ leftovers Physical tank
    Ability: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
    Relaxed Nature

    - Rapid spin
    - Gyro ball
    - Spikes
    - Volt switch

Blissey. This one is a weird set up, but i hope to catch the opponent off guard with her moves.
Also the fact i could only get a serene grace Blissey, and not nature cure one. :(

Blissey (F) @ leftovers Special tank
    Ability: Serene grace
    EVs: 252 SpDef / 252 HP / 4 SDef
    Calm Nature

    - Soft-boiled
    - Refresh
    - Charge beam (slowly build that spAtk)
    - Flamethrower (increase the chance of burning the victim)

Clawitzer (F) @ Expert belt Special sweeper
    Ability: mega launcher
    EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 SpDef / 4 Spd
    Modest Nature

    - Dark pulse
    - Dragon pulse
    - Aura sphere
    - Sludge wave

Jolteon (M) @ choice specs Special sweeper
    Ability: volt absorb
    EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SpAtk / 4 Def
    Timid Nature

    - Hidden Power Grass
    - Thunderbolt
    - Toxic
    - Volt switch

    Gliscor (M) @ toxic orb Physical tank/Sweeper
    Ability: Poison Heal
    EVs: 252 SpDef / 252 Atk / 4 Def
    Admant Nature

    - Earthquake
    - acrobatics
    - roost
    - Rock slide

I think i can get most of the hold items/TMs in game, but some of them like toxic orb and choice specs i haven't got in my inventory atm. I still feel my ass will be kicked online with this team. Although, maybe you guys could help me as I'm not a competitive person.

Thanks for taking the time to respond! :D

    Cheers

    Pas

While Knock Off is neat for removing items, offensive Mega Banette is better off using Sucker Punch to compensate for its average Speed.

Blissey has no reason to go all-out offensive. It's very weak with your current spread, and this causes it to be dependent on multiple Charge Beam boosts to even get going, which is hard to accomplish because of Blissey's terrible Speed and the fact that it folds to decently powered physical moves:
    -Aromatherapy
    -Seismic Toss/Flamethrower
    -Softboiled
    -Toxic
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

Jolteon is too frail for using support moves like Toxic:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Volt Switch
    -Shadow Ball
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Choice Specs
    Ability: Volt Absorb

Clawitzer appreciates Sticky Web support from Galvantula because it's slow to begin with, so consider that as well:
    -Sticky Web
    -Thunder
    -Bug Buzz
    -Volt Switch/Thunder Wave/Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
    Ability: Compound Eyes

The lack of STAB on Clawitzer hurts, even with Mega Launcher essentially giving its pulse/aura moves a STAB boost. Clawitzer also doesn't need to use ALL its pulse/aura moves to be effective, as the coverage of Ice Beam may be more important than the power buff to Dragon Pulse:
    -Water Pulse
    -Aura Sphere
    -Ice Beam
    -Dark Pulse/U-turn
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Life Orb

Acrobatics is worthless on Gliscor without a Flying Gem:
    -Earthquake
    -Toxic
    -Protect
    -Substitute/Taunt
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 244 HP/248 Def/16 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    or
    -Earthquake
    -U-turn
    -Taunt
    -Protect/Toxic/Ice Fang
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 244 HP/248 Def/16 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    or
    -Substitute
    -Baton Pass
    -Earthquake
    -Taunt/Swords Dance/Agility/Rock Polish
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 244 HP/248 Def/16 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    Cheers for your feedback, PlatinumDude.

Would Galvantula need to be my lead, in order to set up sticky web for clawitzer?
