    You really need to learn more about Pokemon if you don't see why certain natures are not good for certain Pokemon.

    No it doesn't have Wish. And most likely, that Diglett is hacked. There was no RNGing in FR/LG, so it's almost impossible to get all 31 Ivs from those games. I suggest you take it off your thread.
