We already know who it's possibly going to be from datamining. (Scizor/Empoleon/Darkrai) Definitely not Greninja.

Besides, we already have the ninja archetype character in Sceptile. Greninja would be redundant.

I think Greninja could be a very good bet indeed given that it just won that election in Japan and this new Pokémon has only been confirmed for the arcade so far. Imagine if in Burst Mode it turned into Ash-Greninja! Wouldn't make a whole lot of sense but would be incredibly neat!
