Alright, let's see if I can get them all. Except for the anime-related ones, they don't count since I haven't watched much of the anime.
Buneary - The only one whose gender is equal, and the only one who doesn't have female at a higher chance than male.
Also, the only pokemon in the Medium-Fast EXP group.
The only one who gives Speed EV.
Obviously the only Brown pokemon, and the only one whose shiny looks different (IMO) from the regular version.
The only one that can breed.
The only one with one evolved form, not two.
The only one not appearing in Amity Meadow on the Pokewalker.
The only one with a sizeable list of level-up moves, yet it does not learn Sweet Kiss or Copycat learned by the other two.
The only one capable of learning HM moves.
The one that does not learn Rollout by move tutor.
Igglybuff - The only one with no wild held item.
Happiny - The one that does not learn Bounce by move tutor.
