A little story behind the reason why I'm asking for shiny Johto starters...

Ok... I'm currently holding a Johto-themed Wi-Fi Tournament on another forum (Wait! Don't press that report button just yet!) and I promised to give a Shiny Johto Starter to whoever will come out in 3rd Place.

Now, my problem is that the person who will supply the shiny starter has just informed me that he cannot supply it anymore. Apparently, his mom took away all of this gaming consoles.
