I just caught my first shiny, a voltorb, and Its IVs arent the best, would it still be worth much?

People usually prefer to have higher IV's, but it's still a shiny pokemon, and it is most certainly worth something to a collector.

Title says it all. I need a vulpix or ninetails...But i need them to have extrasensory please.
