Latias, from any of the games, MUST be untouched. Not even one battle with it. Clean as it gets, also needs to be legitimately obtained, hacked pokemon will not be accepted.

Offering: Togepi (level 43), Adamant natured male Ralts (perfect for EV'd gallades), Groudon level 93 (obtained through GTS, not sure it's legit, looks it to me though.), Legit Shinys: Luxio, Manectric, Starly, Shinx. Starters: charmander, mudkip, cyndaquil, Totodile, bulbasaur.
