Who the hell told you that Pizza Hut has anything to do with this? Nasty Plot is only available on the new Celebi that will be at TRU in Feb. and the Japanese Movie 13 Event

Nope you can get legit shiny events that arent pre set. where di you think all the shiny mews and shiny Dakrais came from?

you can RNG events to be shiny if it has a wondercard
