hey i heard of something called the old sea chart and it takes you to mew is that true?

That is not a new information. Almost everyone should know it already.
You have to go to a nintendo promotion and load it in your Emerald game and then you can go catch Mew.

But if you haven't gone to a one,old sea chart(goten from codes) doesn't mean anything. Simply use warp codes.

uh,Let me clear things up it is THE OLD SEA CHART nothing else and It takes you to
FAR AWAY ISLAND nothing else.It can only be gotten by a nintendo event that has not happened yet and you must use mystery gift.

That is only way to get it unless you use cheats.
