Japanese music is awesome, but there is more than just Japan thats in the music scene. What other Asian country do you think has great music?

Personally, I think that Korea has the best hip-hop music, but thats my opinion.

I don't find Japanese music (other than soundtracks) to be all that awesome. For me, K-Pop >>>>>>>> J-Pop my a long shot. Other than that, I don't listen to any other Asian music.

I've never found myself being the biggest fan of Korean music in general because it's rare that I find anything in that language that I actually like. That said, I'm a pretty massive Beast fan, I like the odd JYJ and Tohoshinki song as well as SMSH. Other than that, I don't listen to much in the form of Asian music that isn't Japanese. Part of it is because I just don't like what I hear as far as the music goes, part of it is because there are some Asian languages that bug me and make listening to songs in those languages a task.

I love k-pop, I like the fact that when I listen to a k-pop song, I might not like it at first, but it always gets stuck in my head and I end up listening to it all day.

K-Pop, please. Taeyang! I do not care how stupid I sound trying to sing a song in a language I know nothing about.

    C-Pop.

Lol JK. Just Jay Chou and Michael Wong really. And anything else that may pop up on CCTV or something. I don't really listen to Asian Music as much as my Asian friends do. But when I do it's Chinese cause I can at least understand it. :/

I... actually can't stomach what little K-Pop I've listened to. It's like American pop, but... worse.

However... I've been wearing out my Twelve Girls Band CD, if that's any indication.

And I like aiko, but she's Japanese, so eh.

Basically, I like Asian music that's "old school", be it 1950s or... well, traditional instruments.
