It's egg hactched,as a tododile?! Raichu put a bandana on the newly hached pokemon
and somehow Raichu got a cut/nick in its ear!

Seriously. This is awful.

Wings? Pre-made sprites? No.

To the people who play this sprite: if you see anyone doing obviously horrible stuff like this again (Like the leaves or wings), you have my permission to skip them without even acknowledging them.
