Added fighting meloetta eyes on it. I'm pretty sure it's done but maybe a body change would be good

I removed it's legs (to space for new ones) and design patterns (again, to space for new ones). Also added Celebi's headpiece.

Just a reminder: All sprites must have at least 5 changes. In other words, this guy needs two more changes! (Personally I suggest focusing on the head area...)
