  • Chapter 5 Post 2. Dream Yard Disaster.

The moment Silver left the gym he received a phone call from Professor Juniper herself.

"Hello? Ah I just wanted to call and let you know I'm fine, I' m not exactly sure what happened to me but I don't remembering anything from the day you received your starters…" She said with a sigh and you can tell she's really frustrated with herself.

"Anyways I have a request, I need you to go visit my friend Fennel at her lab she'll be waiting for you and the other trainers" and with that she hanged up.

So Silver went over to Fennel's lab. After everyone had arrived she begins to explain why Juniper told you to come there.

"Ok well something strange is going on over at the dream yard…. It seems as though some strange shadows have covered over the entire area. I would like for all of you to go investigate inside dream yard for me, but please be careful, there's pokemon in there who need to be protected" Fennel says and with that she urged Silver out the door.
As Silver approached the dream yard he instantly saw the shadows… It's almost as if a black dome was placed over the top of the area. A cold chill came over Silver. But without any further hesitation he rushed through into the darkness.

"Hahaha" a eerie voice laughs all around you. You look around for the source but unfortunately you can barley see your hand in front of your face. You also realize that you've lost everyone else. The next thing you notice is a strange purple like cloud floating towards you, it begins to wrap itself around you… You try to move away from it but your body becomes stiff, you begin to feel yourself falling asleep and then bam… Lights out.

  • Time to catch up! Stupid grounding for 2 weeks...

    Chapter 4 post 1
Zach walked onto route two before hearing a scream, god why does there always have to be screaming? He thought to himself. He rushed over to see a little boy being "Attacked" By a Snivy.

    495-1.gif

    Snivy the Grass Snake Pokemon
Cool, calm, and collected, Snivy uses photosynthesis to collect energy with the leaf on its tail.
"A Snivy Eh?" Zach said. "Shock, Let's do this!" The Emolga hopped off Zach's shoulder. "Shock, Quick Attack!" The pokemon shot forward, and hitting the Snake, knocking it over. "You cut that out right now!" A voice said. Zach looked around to see a girl about the age of 11 walking up to the Snivy, "You're a good Snivy-Wivy arn't ya?" She said.
"Is that Snivy yours?" Zach asked. "Yep! But my Daddy said I can't take caare of a pokemon yet... Wait, Why don't you take him 'till i'm old enough!" She said. "Well... I guess so..." Zach replied. "Thanks!" The girl said. "Okay, bye!" Zach said. "I think I'll name you Pride." He said to the Snivy.

"Welcome to Striation City." A sign said. "Well Shock, Let's do this!" Zach said. Walking into the gym, Zach Noticed that there were THREE gym leaders. Well the one with blue hair, i'm assuming he uses water pokemon... Easy take down for my whole team... And a good place to train Pride...
"Hey you! Mr. Blue Hair!"Zach called. "My name is Cress..." He said. "Yeah Whatevs. Let's battle! Go Pride!" He threw out the Snake's pokeball. The Pokemon landed with a flash of light. "If you insist..." Cress said throwing out a pokeball.
Out came a Blue monkey. Panpour. Zach decided. "Pride Vine Whip!" "Aww man!" Cress said. The Snivy shot out two vines at the Monkey. They picked him up and threw him into a wall. Instant knockout. Zach thought. "I'll put all my hopes in my last pokemon!" Cress said throwing another pokeball. A Lillipup burst out. Not gonna be as easy... Zach thought. "Pride, Leer over and over!" It looked as the pokemon was shooting dirty looks at the Dog. "Lillipup, Tackle!" The Lillipup smashed into Pride, Knocking him over, But not out. "Time for the finale! Pride, Vine Whip!" Zach said.
The pokemon once again shot out two vines at the other pokemon, and due to the Lillipup's lowered defence, It was OHKO'ed. "Fine." Cress said. "I hereby award you the Trio Badge." Zach took it and walked off. "Later Losers!" He called.

*RING* Zach looked down at his Xtranceiver. "Hi It's me, Professer Juniper! Ijust wanna let you know I'm okay!I' m not exactly sure what happened to me but I don't remembering anything from the day you received your starters…" She says with a sigh."Anyways I have a request, I need you to go visit my friend Fennel at her lab she'll be waiting for you and the other trainers" and with that she hangs up.
"Well that was Awkward..." Zach said heading over to the apartment. Zach noticed all the other trainers from the lab where there, "There is something strange going on at the Dreamyard... It seems there are shadows covering the area, I would like you to go investigate." Fennel says urging all the Trainers out the door.
Zach wanted to be the first one at the Dreamyard, so he bolted as soon as he got out the door. Zach noticed everything was completely dark, "Shock do you think you could make a ball of electricty for a light?" He asked the Emolga. There was a little flash of light, then the pokemon was holding a ball of yellow energy. Zach felt a cold chill on his neck, Something here is NOT supposed to be here... Zach thought.
    "HAHAHA!!!"
Suddenly Zach's vision went black, he felt something cloing around him. Zach tried to shake it off, but it was stuck like glue. Zach cried out. Then, He was unconcious.
    Chapter 5
    Dreamyard Disaster
    Post 3
Zach woke up to see himself in a different area than the Dreamyard. Zach stood up and looked around, No sun,no sky, no clouds. Just complete Darkness. Zach started walking when he saw a some buildings, all in rubble. Then he saw... The Sign. Zach had seen it many times, he and his friends had played around the sign. "Undella Town..." Zach said.
He started to sort through the rubble looking for family and friends, But Zach was stopped by two men in black coats. "Well well well what do we have here?" one of the men says. "Seems to be one of those rebels… Should we get the boss?" the other man asks. "No we can deal with this one on our own, look how frightened and last it seems" the other one says.
"Stop." A voice says, Where have I heard that voice..? Zach asked himself. "How is this possible?" the familiar voice asks pacing back and fourth in front of Zach. "Who are you?!" Zach shouted. "Hahaha!" The person laughs. "Hmm, I didn't expect this but I guess I have no choice" the cloaked person said lifting off his hood...
"Wait... Are you... Me?" Zach said. "I have no idea, none the less you must be destroyed, your presence here could change alter the course of history" The Other Zach said lifting his hand in the air. A pokeball appeared in his hand. "Let's Go!"

He threw the Pokeball. A Bigger version of Pride shot out. Well, Let's fight fire with fire!... Or in this case, Grass Snakes. Zach thought. "Serperior, Leaf Tornado!" The Other Zach says. Leaves swirled from the Snake and hit Pride. Pride was knocked out instantly. "Oh come on!" Zach said. The battle went on this way. Zach sent out Shock, Leaf Storm. Zach sends out Petil, Leaf Storm.

Zach fell to his knees, It's all over... Zach thought. "I forgot how weak I used to be before the darkness" The Other Zach said pulling out a dagger and sliding it across the real Zach's neck. "Nothing personal" he says about to make a cut. Zach closed his eyes, there was a flash of bright light, and when he opened his eyes, he was back in the Dreamyard.

    Chapter Five

    Dream Yard Disaster

    |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| ||

    "Momma? Momma?"

"She can't hear you anymore, son."

"Then unplug her ears! MAKE her hear me!"

"The only thing that's plugging her ears is death, boy. Ain't no way you can unplug that."

"NO!! SHE'S NOT DEAD!!!" The boy threw himself on the ambulance, over the body of his mother.

The warmth she had provided for him was gone. The soft touch of her hand running through his hair had vanished. All that was left was a pale body with empty eyes that stared out at nothing and everything at the same time.

    Including their former son.

"She's….somewhere else now, kid. I'm sorry, we did everything we could." The man dressed in the doctor's outfit stood behind him, sixteen hours of surgery weariness etched on his face.

The young six year old with haunting amber eyes sobbed, his chest heaving. The doctor proceeded to walk over to where another man stood, clean lab coat and glasses covering the puffy eyes that just finished sobbing.

"The piece of metal from the car punctured and inflicted a major wound to her heart. She passed out because of blood loss, and she was still blacked out when she died. She went peacefully." The doctor continued. The boy could hear what the doctor was telling him father, it didn't make a difference. She was still dead. He walked over to his father and listened to what the doctor had to say.

"The authorities are trying to find the car that hit her, but they haven't identified them yet. Don't worry, justice will be served."

The boy looked up at the doctor, face smeared and blurred with tears as he motioned toward the deceased woman. His deceased mother.

    "Justice is a lie."

    ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The boy looked at the sign interestedly as the tiny orange pig pokemon stood beside him, tiny arms crossed. STRIATON GYM. His golden amber eyes strayed from the sign and into the gym itself after he crossed the sliding glass doors.

The Gym's walls and floors were all a boring tan color. The first room was a large, domed one, and several doors in the corners of it told that perhaps there was a training area back there, or maybe more rooms. In the center of the large room stood a rectangle outlined in white, two boxes at both ends, and a circle in the center. The side opposite of the entrance was a stage, and a large red curtain. About twenty feet up, was a large scoreboard of some kind, with two big boxes at the top and three smaller boxes below each large one.

Looking to the side of them, one would see masses of tables on either side. People were enjoying meals, happily conversing amongst themselves. The boy raised an eyebrow, this was a gym, no? Two pillars with pokeballs on them stood on either side of the large white rectangle in the center of the room, engraved upon it were all the names of the trainers that had beat the gym before. Beside these pillars stood a man with swirly glasses. The man had dark hair, and was decidedly younger than the aforementioned museum curator. He waved at the trainer happily and trotted over.

"Hey there trainer, here to challenge the gym?"

The boy nodded, still analyzing the gym and not entirely taking notice of who was talking…

"Well then, I've got some advice for ya. Chili, Cress and Cilan use a fire, water and grass type each, so its best to go with a water for Chili, Grass for Cress and for Cilan-"

    "Fire." The boy interrupted.

"Ah! Well, yes of course. Who might you be then?" The man regained composure and shook Riku's hand heartily.

    "Riku. Riku Berlitz."

"Splendid! Professor Juniper keeps cranking out excellent trainers. Indeed, she told me there was a straggler. I would presume that's you?" Riku scoffed at the man.

"Oh, dear me, a cold one. Darn, I guess it can't be helped. Well then, pleasure to see you all. You can call me the Random Gym Guy."

"Don't you have a name?" Riku raised an eyebrow.

"I do, but I keep it secret for security purposes. You see I USUALLY give out EXCELLENT advice, but sometimes I don't and I would get mobbed if not for my mad disguise skills. You'll see me traveling around, doing good deeds from time to time, earning fan girls, you know, regular hero stuff."

"Yeah, right then, deluded old fool. Got it." Riku snorted, then walked toward the middle of the Gym, stopping at the white line that dictated the fighting arena. He looked around, the people enjoying meals imediately stared him down. He payed no attention to them, he wasn't an easy one to intimidate.

"Pumba, you think these drama queens will show-" He was cut off by a loud rumbling coming from the stage across the room from him. The lights died, and a spotlight fell on a familiar, annoying trio. Chili, Cress and Cilan, their faces darkened by the dramatic shadows, a serious expression etched into their skin, appeared, arms folded across their chests menacingly.

"Hey there friend. Welcome to our gym." They waved, and the lights came back on, the seriousness vanishing, a smile replacing the grimace. The three hopped down from the stage. "Yo. Sorry to scare you like that, it was too tempting not to, your face right now is priceless…" Chili smirked and looked over at Riku. He had the same exact expression as when he walked in, one that didn't seem to care.

"Okay well maybe not YOUR face!" Cress started, the blue haired man pointing at Pumba. "But his face-" The small fire pokemon had the same expression Riku did, the pokemon folded his arms across his chest again. "Okay, nevermind. Well it's nice to see you again." Cilan yelled. Riku had ran into these three as soon as he entered the city, they insisted on criticizing his relationship with Pumba. What they called "Tasting", he called annoying.

"Alright then, seeing as this is your first gym match I'll break it down for you." Chili nodded and motioned to the board. It sprang to life and a 2D picture of the Gym appeared, seeming to be only a sandy floor. "It's a two on two battle, if you do not have two Pokemon we will only use one-"

    "Use both." Riku interrupted.

    "What?"

"I only have Pumba here, but I want you guys to use both of your Pokemon." He said calmly.

"W-But, okay..." Cilan started, "The leader you get to battle is determined randomly by..." all three raised ther hands towards the large curtain on the stage. A projected image of a leafe appeared and started spinning, "Our roulette! So get ready, because your opponent is..."

Riku's eyes were closed, only popping one open ever so slightly to see who it was. When the image stopped on a small water drop Cress imediately leaped onto the stage. "ME! Cress, the Water Sommelier!" Cilan dragged his feet off to the side, Chili patting him on the back.

Cilan raised his hand. He stood with a blue flag in his hand on Cress' side, while Chili stood with a white flag in the other.

"Trainer Riku Berlitz wish to challenge the honorary Gym Leader of Striaton City, Cress! No time limit. Let the battle COMMENCE!" Cilan and Chili threw down their hands.

The scoreboard that previously showed chibis of the gym leaders and Riku now showed the regular boxes. In one of the large ones was Cress' picture. In the other, Riku's Trainer Card picture appeared squished in the same box, diminished, but nonetheless there. Below each picture box were two smaller boxes that they all assumed to be the place where the pokemon pictures went. White 'VS.' letters stood between each parallel set of boxes.

"I choose you, Lillipup!" Cress promptly sent out the smaller normal type pokemon.

"Lilli!" Lillipup barked into the air, waiting for the opposition to appear. Pumba imediately got on all fours and ran out to the battle field, once a few feet away from Riku he got back on all two and snorted out a small cloud of bright fire.

"Right then. Lillipup, Start things off with a Bite!"

Lillipup barked, then rushed toward Pumba, getting ready to plunge its teeth into the fire type. Riku glanced up at the board. It now showed, in the first set of boxes, a Tepig's picture on the his side, and a Lillipup on Cress' box.

"Ember while he's charging!" Pumba inhaled, then spat out a large burst of fire that struck Lillipup in the face. The puppy pokemon faltered, then shook the ash out of its eyes and got close enough to bit into Pumba's left arm.

"By using Leer, your Pumba's defense also falls…." Cress smirked. "Lillipup, tackle it now for some extra damage!"

Lillipup barked again and smashed its body into Pumba's stomach. Pumba slid back, his bones rattling inside his very body "Alright Pumba, hold in there! Use Ember to slow him down!" Pumba felt dizzy, his health was in the pits. But he had to win this. It was his very first gym battle. He let out a spray of tiny fiery embers that surrounded Lillipup this time in a big cloud.

"Lilly? Puuuuup…" The normal pokemon tried to escape the fire desperately, but too late. It was burned.

"Lillipup, Bite and finish it off!"

"Not so fast. Pumba, Flame Charge!" Riku ordered, Pumba yelled out as his body was engulfed in bright orange flame. The tiny fire type zipped across the battle field and smashed dead on with Lillipup.

Lillipup was scratched up, his fure sparking with small fiery embers. It made him heavy, and he fell to the ground, limp and weak.

"Argh….Return Lillipup!" Cress returned his pokemon and looked at Riku who was spraying his small fire type with a potion. Pumba returned to the battle field, all healed up. The crowd watching cheered jovially, Riku stared coldly into Cress' eyes. "Here he is. My Signature Pokemon, Panpour!"

Cress threw the red and white pokeball in the air and clutched it back to him as the small blue and yellow monkey pokemon danced around.

"POURR!" The Panpour let out a shriek as the innocent joy that once filled his eyes were replaced with rage. Pumba ran in front of his trainer, eyes full of fire and body rigid with grit determination.

    "Pumba, Tackle!"

    "Panpour, Lick!"

Pumba charged toward the Panpour trying to reach its vulnerable point, the hair atop its head. Panpour immediately stuck out its large pink tongue, the orange pig blinked once and was licked heavily across the face. He felt the enormous pressure crack his body and leave him motioneless… "Watergun!!" The pressurized water slammed into the opposite wall.

"Shit, Pumba!" Riku swore. The dust had yet to clear.

Cilan closed his eyes."I can't watch." And then his eyes widened. He had seen a brilliant glow, for a second, still veiled by the dust. Riku saw it too, and when the dust had dissipated, and in its midst stood a familiar shape….only larger. When the dust finally settled, they saw that Pumba was not in fact a Tepig anymore.

He was a blazing, raging, Pignite. Cress chuckled. "This is turning out to be interesting….He managed to evolve his pokemon at such an early stage."

Riku smirked, "Pumba, tackle!" The newly evolved pokemon stomped its way across the field.

    "Water gun!"

    "Defense Curl!"

Pumba immediately curcled into a ball, its body glowing a faint blue as it still zipped across the field. The stream of water bouncing off the rolling ball that was Pumba. Riku smirked and snapped his fingers,

"Flame Charge!" Pumba opened himself up again and used the speed it was gaining to reach Panpour immediately and smashed into Panpour's body.

"PANAAPAA!" The Panpour cried out in pain. Cress raised an eyebrow, "His flames actually affect a Panpour? Lick, and Leer!" The Panpour dove at Pumba and interrupted its tackle attack by licking it across the face, and following with its menacing Leer attack. "Yes, good one Onix! Now finish it with a Water Gun!"

"Pumba, Tackle leap up and tackle straight down onto its head!" The water gun shot straight across the room, narrowly missing Pumba who jumped up.

"What?! How did he know-?!" Cress was cut off by the cry of pain his pokemon let out as Pumba smashed his head onto Panpour's head. The water spout hair drooped down, and the Panpour fell back, fainted. Cress returned Panpour, Riku quickly did the same. Riku walked over calmly to Cress. "That was an intense battle."

"Glad to hear you admit it. To tell you the truth, you were awesome. Most of the trainers don't make it past Panpour."

    "Weaklings." Riku scoffed.

"Not weak, just new. Don't look down on everything a few levels below you Riku." Cress said sagely, then walked over to where Cilan and Chili were. Riku followed, grumbling something about 'Stupid old people…'

"Well, As the Honorary Gym Leader of Straiton City, I award you a Trio Badge in recognition of your victory." Cress handed the thin, jagged badge. Riku smiled and thanked the gym leader. "My pleasure. One question though, how did you know, Riku, that our pokemon's weak point was their hair...things?"

"Its simple really, any novice trainer would know the elemental trio monkeys each have distinctive hair...things. Even when they evolve, their sensitive point is their hair. Well I'll be on my way."

    Chapter Five

    Dream Yard Disaster
    CONTINUED...

    |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| ||

'What a bothersome bunch...' Riku thought to himself as he walked calmly out of the gym, he clipped the thin badge to belt and stuffed his hands in his pockets. His amber eyes set on the gate leading to the next route, he picked up the ping-pong sized pokeball and tapped the button, releasing Pumba in a dazzle of white light and sparks. The newly evolved Chaobuu cross his arms and closed his eyes nonchalantly, a mirror image of Riku. His wrist vibrated, he poked one eye opened and looked down at the LiveCaster around his wrist. INCOMING CALL...PROFESSOR JUNIPER.

"What does that obnoxious woman want now?" Riku sighed and accepted the call. The image of a pretty lady with a small grey pokemon on her shoulder appeared. She smiled and jovially waved at the trainer.

"Riku, how are you? Have you met up with the other trainers yet?"

"No, woman. I've just arrived at Striaton. I defeated the gym and I'm on my way to the next town." Riku said boredly, his eyes closed as he walked along. Pumba followed close by, making sure his trainer was safe.

"You're in Striaton? Good! Since you're there, meet up with the other trainers at my friend Fennel's lab. She'll be waiting for you all there! Toodles~"

"No, professor you misunderstood. I WAS in Striaton, I'm already leaving-" Riku was interupted by the clicking sound of the Professor hanging up. He sighed, "Damn that obnoxious woman." Riku grumbled as he turned around, Pumba following in his trainer's lazy way over to Fennel's. "How does she expect me to find this place?" Riku raised an eyebrow as he looked around, every building looked identical. That's when a door burst open, and about five other trainers ran out and made their way to the same place. He sighed, "I guess that's the place. Looks like I'm late, again. Might as well follow the others." Riku told Pumba, who nodded as the two walked along the path to the outskirts of the city.

    ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The city limit was about a couple minutes behind them, Pumba was scanning the surroundings as Riku poked an eye open now and then. Something was definitely up with this place, "Chaobuu.." Pumba mumbled, Riku stopped in his tracks and looked up. It wasn't night a couple minutes ago. No clouds, no stars...nothing. Just darkness. "Pumba. Be on your guard." Riku said as they walked further down the trail, deeper into the dark fog that surrounded the area. "I think the best plan of action is to find the other trainers first, then we'll figure out what's going on here-"

Riku was interrupted when a the quiet of the darkness was penetrated by an indignant cackling. Riku's eyes shot open, standing still he scanned the area. Pumba constantly shifting about, grabbing hold of Riku's leg as soon as the fog engulfed the entire area. Riku cursed under his breath as the entire area was void of light, he couldn't see a thing. No sound, nothing in sight. Pumba released a small dose of ember now and then to reveal a little portion of their surroundings. The sharp laughter constantly ringing in his ear, cackling that belonged to a crazy person. From the darkness, deep purple shadows slithered towards him. They wrapped around his body with no mercy, Pumba trying desperately to claw them off. The result was the fire pokemon instantly returned to its pokeball by some invisible force. Riku was weaking, he could feel it.

He couldn't place the feeling because it was a very vague thing. It was the pain, perhaps, or the combination of the darkness through the sterile air.

Whatever the case, he felt very, very tired. Very, very drained. If, at this moment, the Grim Reaper were to spring up at his side and demand his soul, he would be powerless to resist. To slip into everlasting darkness, the comfort and fluid weightlessness that the void held seemed so inviting, to shed the cares of the world and become one with the hellish, ethereal wisps of nothingness was the most appealing thing the universe could offer to him now.

    just lie down and die...

"That was quite a short trip from Route two to Striaton City" Boone said to Gunner who was waddeling next to him.

He'd already been in the city for about half a day now, he healed his pokemon, bought some items, and now he was standing in front of the first Unova Region Pokemon gym.

"Thinking of challenging one of the gym leaders eh?" An older mans voice said behind him. Boone turned around to see a man in about his late fifties. The man had white spikey hair, however Boone could not see any of his face below his eyes because he was wearing some sort of cape that wraped around his noise and mouth.

"Uh... yeah actually. This would probably be the most normal part of my journey so far" Boone exclaimed with a slight smile for the fact it was the truth.

"Ha your funny kid. Well some hints for you, there are three gym leaders here and you'll get the choice of which one to battle. Chose wisely, I'd say judging by your little fire buddy next to you that you might consider taking on Cilan" The man said.

"Thanks" Boone said looking at the man... he had the strange feeling he knew him.

"Well I need to be going, I can't stay in one place for to long.. but I saw you and thought you might need some fatherly advice." He said as he pats Boone on the shoulder and turns to walk away before turning around one last time. "Oh one last thing, journeys aren't always going to be normal ones. Just make sure to always keep on your toes and be ready for anything that might come your way" and with that he was off. Boone still couldn't shake the feeling that he knew the man from somewhere, his voice and eyes were so familiar. However he shook off that feeling and walked through the doors of the Striaton City gym.

    "Hello"
    "Hey"
"How's it going?" Three voices rang out from across the gym as Boone looked out to see three trainers each one with a different hair color.

"It's going pretty good.. which one of your are Cilan?" Boone questioned as he approached the three gym leaders more closely. Suddenly the green haired man stepped forward.

"That would be me, and you are?" Cilan asked

"My name is Boone Exesus from Johto" Boone retorted.

"Well Boone get ready to lose, go lillipup!" Cilan shouted with a grin tossing a pokeball into the air revealing the dog pokemon.

    "Daru!" Gunner roared stepping forward.

"No not you yet Gunner... Come on out Pidove!"

"Lillipup use bite!" Cilan ordered as the tiny dog took off towards Pidove.

"Pidove fly into the air to dodge it!" Boone yelled as Pidove took flight just as Cilan's lillipup roared open it's mouth to take a bite out of pidove.

"Now Pidove gust!" Boone ordered as Pidove quickly turned towards the dazed Lillipup and began flapping it's wings causing a gust of wind to tear through the lillipup and knock it into the nearest wall knocking it out.

"Oh man.. Lillipup return. Time for my signature pokemon. Go Pansage!" Cilan said returning lillipup and tossing out a pokeball with a tree design drawn on it. In a flash of light a Pansage that looked just like Boones only stronger appeared.

"Ha I have the same pokemon! Now Pidove use gust!" Boone ordered.

"Pansage hold your ground and use vine whip!" Cilan shouted with a grin as Pansage planted it's feet into the ground firm as the winds from the gust began battering against it, however to boones avail it didn't seem to be doing any damage and suddenly two vines roared from his back.

"Pidove watch out!!" Boone hollered but it was to late Pidove was slashed twice and started free falling to the ground. "Pidove return!" Boone screamed returning pidove to it's pokeball before it had a chance to slam against the gym floor.

"Haha well now you know why it's my signature pokemon" Cilan laughed.

"It's time Gunner, your up buddy" Boone whispered to Gunner who was still by his side.

"Daru!!!" Gunner roared jumping to the battle field.

"Oh so you want to play with fire, that doesn't sound safe kid" Cilan said with the grin slowly coming off his face.

"Yeah well I"m not the one who seems to be at a disadvantage here" Boone said sarcastically.

"Will see, you make the first move" Cilan said cockily.

"Fine Gunner use incinerate!" Boone ordered as Gunner shot flames from his mouth straight for Pansage.

"Pansage roll left" Cilan ordered as Pansage rolled to the left dodging the flames.

"Gunner keep moving close and use incinerate again" Boone shouted as Gunner began marching forward still blowing flames towards pansage.

"Pansage roll to the right" Cilan shouted as Pansage mirrored his previous movement. This cycle went on for several more turns before finally Boone's eyes began to shine. "Why do you seem like you've won when Pansage is clearly to fast for you pokemon"

"Because this whole time he's been moving closer and closer while hidden behind that flame shield. Now Gunner finish him with fire fang!" Boone shouted in victory as Gunner stopped shooting flames and jumped at Pansage his mouth blaring flames and ripping into the side of him causing him to faint.

"Ah! What a strategy kudo's Boone. Return Pansage" Cilan said with a smile walking over to Boone and shaking his hand. "That was a stupendious battle, you deserve this" he said handing Boone the Trio Badge.

"Awesome! Thanks for the opportunity!" Boone said back as he looked down at Gunner who had a bright smile on his face.

"Well I better go heal my team, good luck on the rest of your travels" Cilan said before taking off to a back room of the gym building.

"Great battle Gunner" Boone said as he looked down to the Striaton City gym badge. My father would be proud of me right now"

Silver's eyes were blurry before he slowly opened his eyes. He was surprised to see he wasn't were he originally fell asleep. Even though he did fall asleep on the ground and right now nothing made a difference. He got up and began to walk around noticing the sky was pitch black, no clouds, no sun, no noise. He realized soon after that something wasn't right. He finally reached a town, only all the buildings were all rubble, and there was no sign of life. He wandered around some more. He then came across a torn sign and put it together before dropping almost as fast as he picked it up. It was heavy. He flipped it over but it crushed his fingers and then Sparks jumped off his shoulder and flipped the sign for him. "Thanks Sparks." Silver said as he sighed. He then looked at the sign and a silent tear fell from his cheek. Sparks looked at his Trainer confused and looked at the place around them. Sparks was still confused when Silver said, "Blackthorn City, My hometown is destroyed. W--W-Who could have done this." Silver said as a couple tears fell from his face and he wiped them away with his arm.
Silver began to run around looking for any sign of your friends or family, and then was stopped by two strange men in black cloaks. "Who are you!" Silver yelled angrily.
"Well well well, what do we have here?" One of the men says with a monotone voice.
"Seems to be one of the rebels.....Should we get the boss?" the other man asked.
"No we can deal with this one on our own, look how frightened and last it seems" the other one replies.
The two of them began to surround Silver when suddenly a familiar voice stops them in there steps and they kneel down letting the person pass by them. The person is wearing a black cloak just like the two of them."How is this possible?" the familiar voice asks pacing back and fourth in front of Silver. "Who are you?" Silver asked the cloaked person back but he just laughed in his face.
"Hmm, I didn't expect this but I guess I have no choice" the cloaked person says as he slowly removed the hood of the cloak and suddenly it's like looking in a mirror of an older version of himself. "How is this possible?!?!" Silver questioned the man. "I have no idea, none the less you must be destroyed, your presence here could change alter the course of history" The future Silver exclaims as he lifts his hand to the sky and a pokeball forms out of shadows. "If i'm destroyed wouldn't that kill you to?" Silver said angrily. Sparks jumped off Silvers shoulder. "Sparks what are you doing!" Silver said in a worry tone as his future self sent out Scoutland. Sparks barked at the older darker form of himself with a shadowy glow around him. Cakes popped out of his Pokeball and so did Fushide. If they were fighting might as well go down together. The future Sparks was way to slow and his Pokemon easily jumped out of the way and counter attacked. After what seemed like hours the Pokemon finally fainted. "You guys did i...Oh crap." Silver began to say as the future Fushide and Cakes popped out and knocked out their two past selfs. Silver ran out and grabbed Sparks as he was hit with a poison tail and sent flying backwards into a tree. He got up slowly and returned his Pokemon to their Pokeballs and looked at Sparks. He held the Pokemon tightly and soon fell to his knees. "I...I...I was to weak. My Pokemon.....My Pokemon are the best thing to happen to me....And this will not be my future!" Silver yelled as he picked up a piece of rubble and lunged it at one of the men in black. It landed on his toe and he screamed out loud but Silvers future self commanded him to be quiet.
"I forgot how weak I used to be before the darkness" the future Silver reiterates as he walked up to Silver and pulled out a dagger slowly moving it across your neck.

"Nothing personal" he said as he is about to make a cut, Silver closed his eyes tight when suddenly a bright light shines every where and when Silver opened them again he was kneeling down in the middle of the dream yard.

    Chapter Five

    Dream Yard Disaster
    CONTINUED...

    |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| ||

I was an island in a torrid sea. All around me were the shadows of my excess energy, midnight stains that floated peacefully by my side. They were carried and swayed to sleep by an invisible current, my own power, and the current hummed in my ears, growing louder and noisier with each passing second. I was an island in a torrid sea.

    Little boy…..

Shadows whispered and formed words with flat voices.

    they don't care about you….like we do….

The things they said made no sense. I tried to ignore them, let them bounce off my skull harmlessly and die in mid-air….

    happy? You should be….

But they would not wilt. Like frozen roses….

we did all this just for you.

Maybe their petals would shatter instead of die slowly. How to kill them, I didn't know. I wished I did. But the shadows kept distracting me, kept me from thinking about how to get rid of them. And the longer I stood and thought about it, the more I lost myself, lost my sense of time and place. I had a duty to do. I had people to defend.I closed my hand into a fist, staring at the joints and I thought about how much better they would look if there were blood or scabs on them. It was a demented way of thinking, and I knew it was the blackness that made me think like this. I didn't want to bleed. I didn't want to scab. I didn't want a scar.

And a small darkness whispered in a reply.

Sorry, but you can't stop a knife from cutting.

I nodded reluctantly. That, I understood all too well.

    ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

    .memory.

"We'll pulverize them, and take the money after. Maybe have a bit of fun with the girl too….." The greasy Biker with the Machamp leered at a ten year old Riku who stood in front of his eleven year old sister, his arm out pushing her back to protect her, and before he could scream at him, and old man shot in front of him.

"TOXICROAK! TOXIC!" Toxicroak looked at the ground under Machamp, and it turned a liquid black. The bubbles of venom seeped into Machamp's muscles. The muscle pokemon merely flexed his arms showily, and smiled. The other two bikers let out a Primeape and Golem.

"Heh….old fool, overprotective of your grand kids there, aintcha?" The middle man smirked. "I was just kidding…"

"Like hell you were." Riku's grandfather snarled.

    .memory.

His face was expressionless, white and pale. He was holding himself in. He knew he should keep his mouth shut, keep everything inside. If he asked the next question, the question he knew the answer to, it would confirm his worst fears. It would send the world crashing down around his head.

"What memories are they going to take?" He kept his voice soulless, just for their sake, "When she dies..." His father bit his lip and looked about to cry, watching as his unconscious wife was rolled by on an operating table. Maybe this was worse than dieing, he thought. Maybe what she was going to say would kill him then and there and leave him to die when he was tired and a century old. Broken and a hundred years aged inside.

"The ones…..about the people you care about the most."

    .memory.

    He looked up at her.

"But you know, she just wasn't….there. She'd cross my thoughts every once and a while, but I wasn't obsessed. Maybe that's a good thing, but I can never shake the feeling that being in love should be like having an obsession…If I had more time with her, I'm sure I would have been content. I would have been happy…..but…."

"…you'd still feel empty." A blond girl with pigtails finished for him, and he nodded, smiling.

    "How'd you know?"

"I read too many Self-Help books."

    "None of them work….apparently."

"Apparently." The girl nodded in mock-remorse, grinning at the same time. There was a small silence.

"….who's the other girl?" She asked abruptly, spewing it out before she could regret it. Riku froze as he moved to dip his hand in the fountain of the central plaza in Pastoria. His finger curled into a fist, and he looked back around at her.

    He grinned.

    "It's a secret."

Riku slept and his buried memories resurfaced for some reason, his dreams a jumbled lot of burning nothingness. The darkness had seduced him into a coma, he was awake, but his conscious was still very much asleep, his eyes still fitfully closed. He couldn't move, his breathing was slow and long and shallow, as if he was dead, as if it were no longer necessary to breathe. He didn't want these painful pets, these memoirs. It was too much to digest on an unconscious stomach. On an unconscious mind. He wanted to wake up, and say sorry. Sorry for everything he had ever said to her. Every angry word, every curse, every shout he had made, he wanted it to be unmade, to never exist. He wanted to tell someone he was sorry. In between his eyelids, the sunset danced. Night, soon. He had been dreaming for a whole day, wasting a day in the void of his mind. The dreams stopped, just then. As the orange of the setting orb of light faded, his conscious went blank, and began to draw up a new image.

    Men in black cloaks walked into Pastoria City….with a flash of light every building, every person was destroyed, as all the energy of all the people in that city flowed into a single man…The man's veiled face comes out at him and yells, enraged, eyes wide and the red veins inside the eyeball straining against the purple iris tinted blue;

    "WAKE UP!!!!!"

Even before he bolts upright from the ground, even before he looks around to see where he is….Even before that, he knows he will only find a destroyed city when he looks. Pastoria was destroyed. The eerie, desolate ruins prove that. There are buildings in rubble, red liquid drip from the stones and limbs hang, strewn around the scene that resembles a genocide.

    Yes.

The city is gone. And he is left with naught but rage, and the notion that what he needs to do now is find who's responsible. He jumps to move, his body responding better than it had before. Three feet from the spot he was laying in, he is thrown back by an invisible force, back onto the bedsheets. The energy is powerful and very familiar. The darkness is keeping him prisoner while they do what they did in his dream, look for survivors just to kill them. He closed both hands into fists as pools of dark liquid form, and from them sprout men in black cloaks. Dull silver eyes, the only visible thing on their shadowed faces.

"A survivor...how amusing." They said in a monotonous, lifeless voice. They both said it, in fact they both seem to be doing everything the same. They move, and act as one. "We should in form him..."

With those words, the dirt beneath their feet was whipped up. Riku closed his eyes to shield himself from the onslaught of rocks and other debris. The two cloaked men stood absolutely still, the branches being launched at their faces were no bother to them. Riku looked up, a monstrous winged beast hovered down. It as an Archeops, a third man in a black cloak leaped down from the menacing flying rock pokemon. This man was larger, with heavier footsteps and no glowing silver eyes. He stood there, and stared at Riku for minutes. The menacing Archeops behind him, craning its neck to get a good look at the boy.

"Fascinating..." The man's rugged voice said. Riku's eyes widened, he knew that voice. Just then the darkness released him, and he stumbled forward a few feet. The man with the Swanna chuckled and held out a Net Ball, with a click of its sensor a massive armored pokemon appeared and held its two lances at Riku's throat. An Escavalier. The man sighed,

"It's a shame really, but what must be done...must be done," The man slowly removed his hood. The entire cloak fell to the floor with a thud, revealing the true identity of the towering man. Riku's eyes widened, he couldn't speak even though he tried. He was confused, frightened...for the first time in a long while. He didn't have lifeless silver eyes...no.

    Haunting golden amber eyes.

    His eyes.

The child is trapped by his own self. This night will be agony. Riku will have a day in which there is no light. Because his light has been stolen from him.

The shadow Riku chuckled and raised his arm, a vortex of black shadows spiraled in his palm and formed a small sphere. A Pokeball, this was a challenge. Riku never backed down from a challenge.

"PUMBA!" Riku released his Pignite within milliseconds, the fire pokemon snorted out flames and thumped his chest proudly.

"Pumba...how childish." His older self scoffed as the dark energy let out an orange behemoth, his large flames made the entire area sweltering. Riku wiped the sweat from his forehead.

    'This...can't be real...' He thought.

"It is..." The man smirked. Riku's mouth opened, his eyes widened. He just read his mind!

"Emboar! FLAMETHROWER!" The orange titan's nose quivered and his mouth opened, firing off a tower of brilliant flames aimed directly at the opposing Pignite.

Pumba chuckled and rolled up into the sky with Defense Curl to let the beam pass. When he re-opened, he was shocked to feel the same flames press into his skin and shoot through his body. The beam had curved around to meet him, something no Flamethrower should have been able to do. But this was no ordinary Emboar. This was no ordinary fight, for that matter.

    Pumba staggered. "PUMBA! FLAME BLITZ!"

"Emboar! Head Smash!" The older Riku called.

Pumba engulfed itself in brilliant orange flames and rocketed towards Emboar, who waited patiently until just the right moment when his eyes grew bright white and smashed his head right down onto the Pignite. Smashing the small fire pokemon into the ground, laying limply in a crater.

His skull was ringing, and all he saw was white light for a few seconds. The second his vision cleared, another Head Smash attack crushed his ribs. The air was filled with stars, the night melted away and became one whole world of pain. And then it stopped. Riku's scream cut through the haze of light.

    "STOP ITTTTT!!!!" Long and demanding.

A giant bird of prey going down in flames. A sound echoing around a dark, deep canyon they had both fallen down. This was the fall. Pumba's blood red eyes, tired and defeated, sought out his trainer's opponent. The older Riku still listened to him. Still. They were too good. They had perfected an assault that no one could block. Undefeatable.

The Perfect Offense. The Perfect Spear. Riku recalled Pumba, and the future Riku laughed. He walked forward, Emboar, Archeops and Escavalier each glaring down at him. He staggered and fell to one knee, this was what it felt like...complete intimidation. "The darkness, is a powerful ally. Without it, I'm nothing but a little insect." He grabbed Riku by the chin and quickly unsheathed a small dagger. Riku didn't see it but he heard it, and felt the cold metal press against the skin of his neck. More and more pressure every second, "Nothing personal...it's just business." He snickered.

Everything was now slow motion, as the abyss streak and the azure heavens met in a fraction of time, in a different fraction of space, buried deep within their memories….

Stillness...the dream yard around him was silent. Not a peep.

Chapter 5, part 3: What happens in the future, stays in the future

After receiving the odd call about the Dream yard, Boone decided to investigate. "Ahhh so this is the Dream yard?" he thought to himself as he entered the supposed mystical area inhabited by munna and Musharna. "Hmmm…it is really cold in here, not to mention Fennel was right about the darkness that's covering it. I wonder if everything that's happened so far is connected?" Boone began to try and piece things together.

Boone takes step after step into the dark abyss, weary of what might be ahead. "Where did all of the other trainers go? They weren't to far ahead of me when we left…" Boone's suspicion started to increase. "HAHA!" an eerie voice laughing through every direction.

"Ahhhh! I can't see anything, Gunner come out and brighten things up!" Boone calls out his pokemon, hoping that it can clear away the darkness. "Darra?" Gunner protest after it's fire is unable to brighten even the tiniest bit of darkness. "Damn…this is the weirdest thing I've ever seen…" Boone continued to walk with Gunner at his side.

"Darrrrrrra!!!" Gunner shouts as a purple cloud surrounds him. "GUNNER!" the trainer reaches for his pokemon, but also gets caught in the cloud. "Gotta do something…" Boone weakly states before his eyes close and he passes out.

"What happened…" Boone wearily sat upright and began scratching his head. "daarrraaa?" Gunner also scratched his head in confusion. "It's good to see your still with me Gunner…but where exactly are we…this doesn't look like the dream yard?" Boone stood up and began to look around the desolate area.

The sight was hideous. Everything looked like something out of a parallel universe in which things were colored black and white. "Everything is destroyed Gunner…this is horrible.." Boone sighs as he wonders what could have possibly caused this destruction. "DARA!" Gunner shouts out as it points to a sign.

"Hey good observation buddy, let's see where we are." Boone swiftly made his way to the sign. "No…it…it..can't be…" The words on the sign made him cringe. "This is my hometown…this is Ecruteak City…but I just left it and everything was fine…" The confusion caused Boone to vomit. "Huh?" Boone turns around and sees two men in black cloaks approaching him.

"Well well well what do we have here?" one of the men says in a monotone voice.

"Seems to be one of those rebels… Should we get the boss?" the other man asks.

"No we can deal with this one on our own, look how frightened and lost it seems" the other one replies.

The two of them begin to surround Boone when suddenly a familiar voice stops them in there tracks and they kneel down letting the person pass by them. Boone notices that the man is also wearing a black cloak like the other two.

"How is this possible?" the familiar voice asks pacing back and fourth in front of you. "I'm sorry? Who are you and what do you want?" Boone lashes back at the man.

"Hmm, I didn't expect this but I guess I have no choice" the cloaked person says as he slowly removes his hood. "No way….it can't be…are you me?" Boones face grew frightened as he peered into the eyes of what seemed to be an older version of himself.

"I have no idea, none the less you must be destroyed, your presence here could alter the course of history" future Boone exclaims as he tosses out a pokeball.

"SIIIIMMII!" his first pokemon screeches. "No way…is that the evolved form of my Pansage? Guess will battle it this way then! Go Sage!" Boone announces his first choice.

"Ha! No matter what you try you won't beat me. My pokemon are the evolved forms of yours. You stand no chance." Future Boone starts his own little uproar. "Then I go down swinging! Me and my pokemon will battle till the end, that's what my father taught me." Young Boone prepares for the battle of his life.

"Don't get me started with that father crap. Don't you realize you never get him back…NEVER! Since we were ten he never once as wrote to us. Why the hell do you still care!" Future Boone's anger over his father seemed to be erupting.

"I never find him…" Boone's thoughts began to race through his mind. "GRRRR, that's not true…he does care and I will find him. Sage use vine whipe!" Boone ordered his pokemon with the utmost confidence.

"Simisage keep dodging until you find an opening, then attack your weaker self." The older trainer calmly commanded the grass monkey. Simisage easily dodged every vine that Sage whipped at it. "Paaaaa!" Sage cried as the foes Simisage blasted it backwards with a hyperbeam attack.

"NOOOO! Sage…" Boone cried out as his pokemon fainted after one attack. "Good try buddy, return!" he returned his pokeball to his jacket as he tossed out Pidove. "piiii!" The bird pokemon chirped as it flew out of the ball.

"Hahaha your going to keep trying huh? If I were you I would have given up by now…but to each his own. Come on out Unfezant!" The seemingly evil Boone sent out his fully evolved form of the bird pokemon.

"Pidove give it a good gust attack!" Boone ordered Pidove to attack. "Unfezant, rip the gust to shreds and finish off Pidove with Air Cutter!" Future Boone prepared a counter.

Pidove began whipping up a big gust of wind, while the Unfezant floated elegantly in the air. "PIIIII PIII DOOO!" The Pidove's gust attack began flying towards the foe. "FEEEZAAA!" The Unfezant fluttered as it struck through the gust attack and straight into Pidove.
"PIDOVE, NOOOOO!" Boone charged and caught the falling pokemon. "You tried your best Pidove, take a rest…" He returned the Pidove to it's ball as he tried to figure a way out of his current self proclaimed death sentence.

"It's no choice boy, you just can't win. Our father never taught us a tactic for handling this kind of situation." Future Boone began to laugh triumphantly. "I won't die by my own hands…I won't die by anyone's hands. You'll see I'll change everything! I will never become you!" Boone's own anger began to rise as Gunner charged out onto the battlefield. "DARA!" The fire pokemon announced that it would protect its trainer.

"Hmmph, if that's the way you want it then fine. Go Gunner!" The other Boone shouted as his Darmantian emerged from the ball. "DARMMMMAAAN!" it roared as it towered over little Gunner.

"No matter what happened Gunner your still my first pokemon and you'll always be my friend" Boone told the pokemon as he tried to instill some courage into it.

"Gunner use Hammer Arm continuously until you hit him!" Future Boone called out to his evolved Darumaka. "Gunner dodge and use roll out to keep dodging!" Young Boone tried to come up with a counter move.

"DARMAAANNN!" The Darmantian began thrusting its fist into the ground with all of its might. Unevolved Gunner rolled itself into a ball and continued to dodge the fist while rolling. "Now Gunner slam into its forehead with the roll out!" Boone changed the game plan instantly, as Gunner turned around and launched itself into the air.

"DARA!" The smaller fire pokemon cried in triumph as it pounded into the Darmantian's head causing it to go off balance. "Alright Gunner way to go!" Boone began cheering for his pokemon who released from the roll out and landed on his feet. "Not so fast kid, Gunner use fire punch and finish this!" The future Boone protested as his Gunner caught it's balance and wound it's arm up.

"DARA!" Gunner cried in pain as the Darmantian's fist made connection, tossing it all the way to Boone's side. "You did real good Gunner, I mean it. Any other pokemon would have lost way sooner than you…I'm proud of you." Boone spoke to Gunner as he returned it to it's ball.

"Well…I lost…" he stood up feeling a huge sense of nervousness. "Yes, yes you did" Future Boone laughed as he approached Boone quickly. "Ahh..what the hell…" Boone's body began to feel weak the closer his older self got.

"Ahhh…" Boone's body collapsed to the ground. "I forgot how weak I used to be before the darkness" Boone's future self reiterates as he walks up to you and pulls out a dagger slowly moving it across your neck.

"Nothing personal" he says as he is about to make a cut, Boone closes his eyes when suddenly a bright light shines every where.
When he reopened his eyes he was sitting in the middle of the dream yard…"What in the world was that…"

    Chapter 6
    Bad Moon on the Rise
    Post 1
It had been a few hours since Professor Fennel found all of you in a daze at the dream yard. Still as you walked to the outskirts of Striaton City and the starting point of Route 3, you just couldn't figure out what happened back there. You begin to question yourself, about things like was that really it a dream caused by Munna like Fennel explained? Should you head home and check on your family and friends? One thing is for certain it felt so real, and the pain was still there. Regardless you push on forward to Route 3 as the sun begins to set on another day of your strange journey.

Route 3 is a nice little route that connects Striaton City to Nacrene City. It also has a pokemon day care, and wellspring cave, as well as a little pond.

During post 1 you can go ahead and visit the Day Care and leave one of your pokemon if you like. You can also battle a random trainer you create, or catch one of the wild pokemon from the list below.

    Post 3
As you make your way through Route 3 you can now see the moon laid out above. It has somewhat of an ominous glow to its full moon shape. As you find yourself getting caught up in the ominous beauty of the moon you hear a few voices behind you.

"Is this one of them?" one voice says.

"Yes I believe so look at the picture our lord gave us" another voice whispers.

"What exactly do these kids have to do with the plan anyways?" the first one whispers back.

"I'm not sure, all I know is Lord N hasn't been the same since he got back from Accumula Town" the second voice says.

"Yeah and whats up with that new outfit of his??? I mean an all black cloak seriously?" The first one says.

Suddenly they realize you've caught on to them being there and then jump out from behind a bush.

"Today's your lucky day kid you're coming with us" they say together.

You question them asking them what happens if you don't.

"Well that won't be good for any of us" one of them says as you refuse there offer and they quickly both toss out a pokeball

After defeating the two team plasma members they both have a look of terror on there face as if something bad was about to happen. Suddenly shadows begin to swirl around the two men and you can hear them screaming in agony. You decide you've seen enough strange things for the day and quickly dash for the entrance to Nacrene City. However you hear one last cry from the men.

"No please Lord N don't do this… Whats come over you...No… AHHHH" The two screams slowly die down and a horrifying laugh feels the air of route 3.

    Bad Moon on the Rise!

    Post 1

Zach woke up in Fennel's house. "Where... Am I?" He said. "Oh you're awake!" Fennel said. "Fennel?" Zach asked. "Yep! That's me!" She said. "Well I knew that!" Zach snapped. "You were knocked out on the ground of the Dreamyard. I had some helpers pull you and the others here." She said. "Others?" Zach asked her. "Yep! All of you were knocked out. I think only one person left. All the others are here." Fennel said.
Zach walked over to a boy. "Silver..." He said not realizing how he knew his name. "Hey Fennel? You got a pen and paper?" Zach asked. "Yeah, Here" She said handing him a sheet of white paper and a pen.
Zach scribbled something down and folded the paper up and set it by his hand, Then walked out the door.

(This is an offer for a joint post.)

Outside Zach started walking but was stopped by a pokemon's cry, What's that? Zach thought. He looked to his right to see a pokemon being kicked by a bunch of boys. "Hey, Punks! If you think you're all bad and stuff, that you would abuse a pokemon? If you were REAL men, you'd face me in a battle!" Zach called out. One of the Boy's turned around, Oh God no. Zach thought. "Well if it isn't little Zachy!" The boy said in a mocking tone. "Hunter!" Zach snarled.
Hunter was Undella Town's Bully... Well, not even. He was the worst of the worst, an evil kid that woulden't leave anyone alone. He even had the nerve to beat Zach up in front of Police! He was suspended twice... a week. One time he hurt Zach so bad, he had to be driven to the emergency room. Let's just say, there wern't many happy memories between the two.
"Now what was that you were saying loser?" Hunter asked Zach. He's never gonna leave me alone until I stand up for my self... Zach thought. "Yeah! You heard me! Why don't you get over and face me for real!" Zach said. "Pride, Go!" The Snivy came out of the ball in a flash of red light. "Yeah well I've got a pokemon of my own! Drilbur Go!" Hunter called out. "You never were very smart... Pride, Vine Whip!" Zach said.
Two green vines shot from the Snivy, wrapping around the Mole pokemon and lifting it in the air, then dropping it to the ground. The pokemon staggered but held it's ground. "Drilbur, Dig!" Hunter said. The Drilbur dug into the ground. "Oh you can't get away that easy! Pride, jump into the hole the Drilbur left, the shoot a vine down the tunnel!" Zach said. Pride jumped into the hole and disapeared. A few seconds later, the Mole dug up from the ground and fainted.
"Good! Return Pride!" Zach said. Hunter and the others scattered off. Then Zach heard the Pokemon's cry again.
Zach walked over to the pokemoon and pulled out his PokeDex and scanned the Pokemon.

    (Sorry, Photobucket is down...)

    Ducklett The Water Bird Pokemon
When attacked, it uses its feathers to splash water, escaping under cover of the spray.

Zach picked up the pokemon and walked it over to the PokeCenter. He handed it to the woman over the counter and she healed it and gave it right back. "Thanks." Zach said. He looked at the pokemon and asked: "Do you want to come with me?"

    It nodded it's head.

    Bad moon on the Rise.
(And if it's a joint post offer then I accept if it was to me but you did say my characters name so yea I accept it.)

After a couple hours of just looking at the sky wondering what the hell just happened the woman the Professor was talking about showed up. Silver stood up and notice a boy ask for a pen mutter his name which sort of confused him but looking at the boys face he must have been confused too. After a few minutes he wandered the outskirts of Striaton city. He finally began to near the entrance of route 3 still thinking about what happened. Was it really a dream caused by Munna? Was that real or fake? Should I go back home to search for family or friends? I can't if I want to end this. I must continue on my journey. Silver thought to himself as he began to walk towards Route 3. When he walked in he was welcomed by many noises. He heard an Oshawott screech as it jumped out of the bushes injured and running. Sparks stopped it but didn't attack. Rather he jumped over to see who was chasing it. 2 more wild Pokemon burst out of the bushes and Silver reacted quickly. He scanned Oshawott first.
    <img src="http://media.pldh.net/pokemon/gen5/blackwhite/501.png" alt="Oshawott" />
Oshawott, the sea otter Pokemon. It fights using the scalchop on it's stomach. In response to an attack, it retaliates immediately by slashing. This Oshawott is a level 11 male.
Silver put his Pokedex away and looked at the two other Pokemon. A Pansage and Pansear. He didn't catch them. He just looked at the moves Oshawott had. Water Gun, Tail Whip, Tackle, Water Sport. "Okay Oshawott! I know your injured but we need to help each other now. I need you to use Water Gun on Pansear!" Silver said to the small Oshawott. The Oshawott knew not to fight back and used water gun on the Pansear. Pansear dodged into Sparks tackle and kncoked him back into firing range thus him getting hit two times. The two monkeys were weak. When Pansear fell Pansage tried to attack the Oshawott but Sparks helped him out. Sparks used bite and tackle but it took a lot longer then Sparks wanted it to and he almost toppled over with exhaustion. Oshawott came out of no where and used tackle on the Pansage in it's weak point sending him flying into a tree. Silver picked up the small Pokemon and took it to a Pokemon Center. Before they entered he looked at one of his Pokeballs. (Wait do I have a great ball? I don't remember X3.) He tossed the blue and red mixed ball at the Pokemon and the ball shook back and fourth back and fourth. (Okay now it's up to Beo to decide if this Post was good enough for an Oshawott.)
