Ya, the vote just happened a few weeks ago.

There is some testing going on right now with Salamence as well. So, if all goes well, by the next one of these Salamence could be uber too.

If they're going to ban Salamence, they have to ban Gyarados as well. Both have extremely high Attack and Speed. Both abuse life orb and dragon dance. Both are easily countered, though, and so I see no point in banning them. Salamence takes an ice beam like a punch in the balls, and we all know Gyarados can't take electric attacks. Anyone in their right mind would keep these in the OU tier. If Salamence moves into the Ubers tier it will get raped by the tier.

Most battlers would prefer that you don't show their team anywhere. But still, it's best to record it just incase that there'd be a dispute over who won and lost.
