I'm not sure if this team is capable of beating Cynthia. Any suggestions?

If you can make it to Cynthia your in for an Ok time depending on how you go.

Spiritomb - Use Houndoom he resists most of the attacks it has.
Togekiss - Use Luxray and his Electric Moves.
Lucario - Use Houndoom's fire attacks
Roserade - Use Skarmory
Garchomp - Empoleon's Ice beam
Milotic - Use Luxray, Leafeon.

Sure, the team is just fine but it's horribly underleveled!
I suggest you grond them to lvl 60, I grind mine to lvl. 65 before taking on Cynthia!
May I suggest using a vs seeker to grind? It will lvl. them up faster, and you'll get a nice amount of money!
