Platinum not working in safe mode? Need help :D

Platinum Problem within Safe Mode!

OK, I recently transferred a No$Gba emulator from my cousin and I know its working as he plays on it too. There are no viruses and when I start the platinum rom I got, it only goes to the intro where it says press enter. After that, the screen goes white and nothing happens. Is the problem in safe mode? Please, help me!

It is a whole file since my cousin already played it and now that he got to the battle frontier, I doubt it isn't whole. The size is: 128 MB

I just downloaded the Diamond Rom and it worked perfectly. So why not Platinum?
I downloaded it like 3 times but it never works...

You cant play platinum, diamond or pearl in safe mode. As soon as a pokemon cry is supposed to come like in a battle or in the intro in platinum it gets stuck.
