ok. I got two Legendarys I need some help on.

Lugia Lv. 100
Fly
Surf
Hyper Beam
ok for the fourth move should I keep Ancient Power or teacher it an Ice type move, like Blizzard?

Celebi Lv. 70
Ancient Power
Future Sight
Baton Pass
Perish Song

I'd like to keep Future Sight.

I'm guessing this is for GSC and not Advance.

It works fairly well.If not replace curse and earthquake for ice beam and thunderbolt.

Future sight is really inferior to the above moves.Sorry to say.
If heal bell isnt you thing ingame, you could try gigadrain or even perish song.

If you use Perish song, I'd suggest you let Celebi learn Mean Look too..
okay, can it learn mean look? I'm not too sure either~ bleh :P

To perish trap you need umbreon .-.
Umbreon mean looks, then passes to celebi whore does the perish song and jsut annoys you for the 2 turns. It's a very cheap strategy.

Adamant Nature (+Attack, -Special Attack)
- Aeroblast
