Ruby hack: Pokémon Ésteban

INTRODUCTION:

I always wanted to do my own set of Pokémon, from tiny,
and the tender age of 6 years, finish building my region. Stephen

Yea, seriously its kind of creepin me out. But it's your hack and you can do what you want. Nice maps, the tiles are so smoooooth.

The cover had not seen, is simple, but I like it, maybe you can improve the title.

La portada no la habia visto, es simple, pero me gusta, quizas le puedas mejorar el titulo.

I see that Wynaut is your starter... But how about having a choice of three? That sounds more fun.
Glad that you're inserting fifth generation Pokemon, since I love them. ;)

The story... It sounds kind of confusing, but I think I understand it. The machine turns creatures to beasts, right? I wonder what will happen to Grey since it got to her.

The tiles look pretty nice. It's bright and colorful. XD And it's a... Spanish hack? Will it be translated to English?

Well, good luck on this hack. It looks pretty graphics wise, that's for sure.

The overworld graphics look like they were from mario brothers, but it looks good.

I lol'd at the 9th screenshot. It just feels so messed up.

Anyway, tbh your hack doesn't look so special to me. Sure, it has a great variety of tiles and new overworlds and B/W pokemon, but that's it. The palettes are very intense, my eyes hurt already D; can't tell what would happen to me if I'd be playing this hack for hours.

Furthermore, I think I see some tile errors here and there (or badly inserted tiles), which kinda ruin your average mapping.

No matter what, though, hope your hack progresses as all do. Cheers :3

The Spanish beta 1 released in late January and I hope to translate the English game before March. Thanks for the comments are very flattering. I would like to thank you for your comments one to one but I have not much time. Hopefully in the next update.

The Gym screenshot looks vibrant, but a little too vibrant for my taste. Also, it feels empty, don't know why...then again, like how the gym doesn't have the usual tiles in other hacks(if I'm wrong, my mistake dude). Every other screenshot looks great (and yes, I also mean the battle screenshot - you know the one - even if that one may be changed).

Can't wait for this to be translated so I can try it out. Keep up the good work Zuru!

Tiles are bad. Way too cartoony, and the long grass doesn't look like long grass :\
Also, you still haven't answered why the players backsprite...is a mugshot :\

Tierra means Ground, now does it ?
I'd say, don't make pokemon that are originally normal types, part ground.

That pretty much messes up the whole gameplay as water and grass types will have the advantage against most of the enemies you face. I did that myself with an "ancient" hack of mine which didn't turn out that great...

The red sand is volcanic ash deposited.
And backsprite is so, because it seems more original than the traditional way.

So it seems more original for the player to be facing forward, away from the Pokemon? How would he know the Pokemon was there if he is not looking at it?
